-2 Cycle Advice

ad

Ive used AAS in the past, 4 years ago at 22y/o. Got up to 205lbs at 5'10'' with 8% bf (calipers). Awesome experience, trained my ass off, macros all accounted for and was about to do an amateur show but decided to focus on different life goals. This was my cycle:

Ran Test C, E4D, 1cc injections (200mg/ml) Front loaded the first 3 or 4 weeks withTest P (100mg/ml) E3D. Ended up added Winny orals the last 2 weeks and that shit was too intense but I was so amped up on the Test that made that idiotic decision to add the Winny. PCT for 4-5 wks, 2wks post last pin. Felt fine after the cycle but decided not to touch AAS since then.

Now Im 26y/o 5'10'' around 185 probably 10-12%. Lifting for about 9 years now and I'm ready to give it a shot again but Im clueless to who the credible manufactures are now since it seems like a lot has changed.

I also would like cycle advice for anyone willing to help a brotha out. I know I could run something similar to what I did last time bc I don't need 10 different compounds but I figured Id take advantage of this forum

My goal is to run a 12wk cycle and add quality lean muscle. I guess you can say Im looking for "cutting cycle" advice. I do wanna drop back down to 7-8% and improve my overall package. Still debating on entering an amateur physique show and going through with an AAS cycle would definitely sway my decision in favor of doing so. Looking forward to hearing back

I would like to improve my package too. Im looking to add an extra 2 inches in length and some girth. Maybe a few rope veins thrown in there for aesthetics. If you figure out how let me know.

U cldnt have said it any better. He was juiced up pushing that much weight, now his trophy is injury. Then lost all his gains cause he didnt want to stay committed. I'm sure he was doing more than what he stated and is on his way to really fucking up his chemical and hormonal balance. Young dumb and full of puppy water! I remember those days! lmao

In order to improve and overall package you must already possess said package

That is so true. Steroids are pretty powerful but they can't make something out of nothing. Need to get that base built first. Everything starts with a good foundation.

Crutch? It's more like one leg of a three legged stool. Anyone who thinks it's a crutch will fall flat on his face.

You are smaller now with less muscle mass than you were 4 yrs ago and you want to run a cycle to cut. You are pretty skinny the way it is already. Don't see much use for steroids here.

You have no pics, and vague general goals. No one can tell you exactly what to do. You need to focus on what you want to do and then research the best way to go about it. The work you put in will pay dividends.

Also you need t focus on diet here, and your workouts! The GEAR won't transform you without the complete package!

reading your post dude, sounds to me like your looking for gear to do the work, that you cant seem to do naturally. That is not gonna happen, your looking to cut ?. that is all diet there is no such thing as a cutting steroid.

So are you looking to sit at 185lb and just drop body fat aka re-comp which I found out the hard way is extremely hard and counter productive, or are you actually looking to gain muscle weight?

medigainz's picture

Completely untrue, I bust my ass in the gym as I’ve stated all my lifts have gone up in 4 years. squat 505, bench 315, I don’t conv deadlift anymore due to an injury, only sumo.

.not looking for juice to do the work I was just ready to cycle again. I know it’s all about diet, which I’ve been adamant about and have all my macros counted out and maybe had one cheat in the past 2 months. Honestly more at 9-10% just was being generous and I haven’t even ramped up the cardio/fasted cardio.

I’m fine with gaining some muscle weight, just not obsessed with it bc I believe my foundation and quality of muscle is really strong at the moment.

that is fantastic bro props, just I notice you lost every ounce of weight gained while you were on that cycle, now your looking to do it again which is just yo yoin up n down.

Great now give me one reason at your age and height why you cant put on 15-20lbs of weight with out gear? and or cut bf with out gear?

medigainz's picture

I could put on 15 pounds without gear except for me I know I’d prob go up to 13-15% bf, not my goal, also I don’t like the lethargy that comes with it (done it before)
. I can also cut down without AAS, doing it rn lol. However it’s hard to cut really low while maintaining the 180s (for me)

I am looking to taking my training and physique to the next level, a level which is not possible without AAS, simple as that. Everyone knows what comes with AAS who’ve actually cycled. I train pretty fucking hard as it is but I know what comes with juice man. I also know it’s not the juice that gives me the product, it’s my intensity, consistency, nutrition, program etc that all needs to ensue beforehand.

addicted.to.pain's picture

ahhh ok I got you bro, your gonna cycle no matter what anyone says.

Rodger that go for it big dog.

Was looking for free cycle advice from those who are more seasoned then me. yes I’m planning to and I currently don’t have gear in my hands so I wouldn’t say this is 100%. Again, as the post clearly states... cycle advice. Rather than looking on other people’s sub forms I was hoping I could create one and get valuable information. Doesn’t seem the case.

nyboss469's picture

My friend addicted makes an excellent point. Based upon everything you have described and being the young tender age of 26, you should be able to achieve your specified goal naturally. Also, if your are actually already at 9 - 10% BF without any cardio, with the right discipline you should be able to meet your goal of 7 - 8% in a mere few weeks.

I am 55 years old and only take 200mg of Test E a week and maintain good size and BF around 13.5% with no cardio. I'm pretty sure I could make your goal in no more than 8 weeks with a 100% strict diet and cardio, and I am more than twice your age.

The "Stay Natural" is the right cycle for you. Cut your carbs, increase your good fats and protein, and begin cardio daily. In 6 - 8 weeks you will be about 178lbs. and 7% body fat. Damn I wish I had your problems.

You asked for opinions. You got what you asked for

sam, steve, and I gave you advice. It simply was not what you wanted to hear, the best and most advice your gonna get on these boards at your age is testosterone.

you seem like a smart enough guy to see that you have been given valuable advice, other than that do your own research.

Got it

For anyone looking to reply with credible advice that’d be great.

Yeah in the 4 years since I’ve lost a solid 5+ pounds of the water retention steroid weight plus another 10lbs of bw, which was intentional. I also increased my squat, deadlift, and bench in that time significantly and maintained a pretty solid physique, since I apparently need to make this explicit in order for some to provide quality feedback.

medigainz's picture

Nice sounds good

medigainz's picture

If your indicator or dependent variable is solely BW and bf then yeah I regressed lol. Also remember that was when I was peaking in AAS so of course im gonna regress in that sense. I just don’t think that’s the full picture here man lol

Sam I Am's picture

The big picture is this. If you dont build a base natty you woulnt retain it after the cycle. One cycle should not out do 4 years if natty training for a man your age.
Look through some of the members pictures. Theres dudes on here that run big cycles that dont even look like they lift.
Even if you were to run a second cycle after 4 years you need one compound. Test
Another scenario could be you never recovered from your first cycle. Go to the doc and get your bloods ran.

Did that bloods are fine, literally just looking for cycle advice lol. This forum is resilient to give advice.

Post a picture and it will help. Were not a site that throws stuff around to young people without caution.
All of that info on steroids.com is false.
If it was as easy as taking a couple of shots a week
everybody would be jacked.
Post up an honest nutrition and trading thread , post a picture. Give the community the info they need to give proper advice.
The search bar at the top is an encyclopedia of info.
Goodluck

No clue how to add pics but I have some progress pics
From the past 2 weeks. How do I post them

medigainz's picture

Got it man, pic coming soon

medigainz's picture

I really don’t think I regressed, in terms of bw and bf yeah bc I haven’t been on AAS. All my lifts are have gone up in that time, my physique is still well above par just not a juicy and full as when I was on aas.
