Cycle advice
Hello my names Steve and I'm new to the forums and am hoping to get some guidance from the experience that's here. So I'm at the point where I'm looking at starting my first cycle and want some suggestions as to what I should run. Here's a little about myself-
I'm 25 200 lbs 5 ft 11 in around 12 percent BF which is where I normally stay until I prep diet. I eat clean around 3500 4000 calories a day, I have been training for 8 years and have reached a point where I feel like I'm at my full natural potential. My cardio remains high compared to other bodybuilder a due to my profession which does not help in my struggle to make lean gains.
I have done research and read a hundred "first cycle" post on the Internet which has helped me quite a bit but I'm hoping for a more personal response here. I appriciate any and all advice you guys can offer.

If you can't reduce the amount of cardio you do for some reason you need to eat more to make up for those cals you are burning because of the cardio. I wouldn't expect you to gain much more mass based upon your stats and current caloric intake. This is going to be true both off and on cycle, so you need to start eating more now or running a cycle isn't going to make much of a difference if you are trying to gain mass and eating like you currently do. You should be knocking out 1000+ cals above your TDEE if you intend to put on any significant lean body mass. AAS won't make up for a lack of cals.
RustyhookerIf cardio stays high....^^^^^^ Perfect advice.
Dont forget pre, mid and post cycle bloodwork...what would be your goals for this cycle?
And do u have an idea of what your macros looks like?
Test only ai of ur choice and pct. test only will do magic if u know how to manipulate ur diet if u want to bulk just add more calories if u want to cut stay on maintenance and u will see results no need to add a cocktail of compounds.
Try hitting the arrow up in the right corner hit groups and and enter the beg huned groups pg plenty of beginner cycles set up and they will guide u in the right direction. In the beginning less is more
X2...well said..
Dam spellcheck I meant to put beginners** group pg lol
