Cutting cycle help me

ad

Hey guys
I want to start using either cytomel t3 or clen in my cycle as I'm aiming to cut right now. Trouble is I've used corn before an didn't see much results, and I can't find a clear understanding on how to dose t3 effectively and safely.
If anyone can help me out with some ideas or information I'd really appreciate it.

What's with all the hate towards t3 on this board? Anabolics have been shown to suppress thyroid somewhat. Supplementing can keep protein synthesis elevated to allow protein to be utilized quicker to build muscle. Ad the thyroid has been shown to be pretty resilient and be able to recover fairly quickly.

Have a read of my personal experience. I still live with the consequences more than a decade later. That's not from google or a text book, that's real life events.

I've read your experience cat. It just seems to be a rare occurance given the number of people who run t3. Any board you go to there are hundreds of people that have used thyroid with success and no long term negative impact. I admit I was feeling lethargic af on the amount of tren I'm on atm and a respected guy over at the thunderdome suggested a small dose of t3 and it has helped immensely.

My experience is definitely not a common occurrence, nor is it a one off though. In this guys situation he's not talking about counteracting tren sides, he's talking about using it to remove fat. Many better and safer ways, (hard work springs to mind in this case.....), to do that than risking ending up in the same boat as me.

Bro, I always need to run T3 with any long cycle of Tren. Tren crashes my T3 confirmed by blood work. But, we're not making sweeping generalizations here. Take a look at the photo the OP provided of himself, then ask yourself if this man should be running T3 to cut. He has no muscle base at all. And, also, there isn't a guide book that I'm aware of that makes running thyroid meds always a safe bet. There is always a risk, but, again, in this post, we are confining our reaction to the use of T3 by this OP in particular. Please look at the photo.

My apologies, I was under he impression yours and cat's statements about t3 were blanket statements and where your overall concensous of t3 use. Not specific to the OP.

Yah, I was feeling extremely hypothyroidal a few weeks ago. Added in pharma t3 and its a world if difference. Certainly will not run tren without it now.

How I look at it is supplementing an under active thyroid when suppressed, (like with your tren run), no real issue. In reality you're putting yourself back into a eurythroid state. Creating thyrotoxicosis, (over active thyroid), by taking it to lose weight and you're taking some fairly significant risks.

At what dose would you expect to breach that barrier for the average person. I'm at 50mcg Ed atm. Tapered up from 37.5mcg. Was thinking about continuing tapering up to 62.5 and then cap it at 75mcg. I am cutting but I don't need high dose t3 to do that. Sorry for hijacking

That's individual and you can't really generalise like that. The doses you're discussing raising to on face value are excessive though.

Bro, if that picture of you is recent, why would you want to cut? You need a muscle base to cut into and you have not developed that yet. Focus should be on adding muscle mass.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you be even thinking about thyroid manipulation with T3. We have members here that have had thyroidectomies.

I can't find a clear understanding on how to dose t3 effectively and safely.

That's because there isn't any safe way to use it. It's always risky and can induce a catabolic state to your metabolism which is the last thing you need right now.

100% back Gearheads advice here. I just looked at the pic you posted after your note in the diet clinic. Need to build a base first before anything, including steroids, should even be up for consideration.

Thanks bro I'll build more muscle first

I have tried those in the past but have found that they can not supplement a clean diet and high intensity training. Cutting diet for me is low carb as possible under 50g a day. The healthy fats your MCT, fish, coconut oil, avocado, and almonds around 50g a day. Proteins are low fat and 250g or more a day. Cardio like a freAk, superset, low weight high volume with good form. I believe that the few extra pounds I lost on T3 and clen in a month was not worth the shaking or jitters, raise in heart rate, sleeplessness, and excessive sweating. These are not the magic pill or liquids until you have what I listed above in check. Google clen t3 cycle. Good luck on your cut.

Thanks heaps mate I'm Starting to do the high intensity workouts with heaps of cardio now. Diet is more or less what you described too. I was just looking for a short cut but with everything worth doing it ain't easy. Appreciate the advice mate. Back to slogging it out then
