critique my first cycle!

I've decided to go for it!
My 1st Cycle!
Age:24(25 end of this month)
Working out: 10 years
Weight:170-173
My orders are all coming in and I'm preparing to start my first cycle.
I had precycle blood work done today. Waiting for those results, and then I'm going to my Doc on thursday to get a full check up before. My diet is in check along with my workout schedule.
This is what I have planned, feel free to critique them!
Precycle: Blood work taken
Week 1-12 500mg/week Test E (Split into Mon+Thur)
Week 6:On cycle blood work taken
Week 13-14 Aromasin 12.5 (ED)
Week 15-18 Aromasin 12.5 (EOD)
Week 15-18 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20(ED) Clomid 100/100/50/50(ED)
Week 19: Off cycle Blood work taken

post up your pre cycle bloods lets make sure everything is clear.
You can lower nolvadex to 20mg the whole time also.
Diet is in check? Usually when people say that that means it isn't. Give a little example. High protein?
I have an entire binder with 12 weeks of planned meals. Basically give or take 3-5%. Per day- calories 3000. Fat-90g Carb-270g protein 285g.
So do nolvadex 20/20/20/20?
My aromasin is in pull forum 12.5, could I cut it in half and take only half to do the 6.5?
I got my blood work done this morning, I'm not sure the time frame when I'll get the results but I'm thinking maybe Monday or Tuesday.

Look good except prolly do 12.5 aromasin EOD starting week 4 through PCT.. Your estrogen gonna be sky high if you wait till week 13 ( as you have planned), and if you don't change it your estrogen will still be sky high by end of PCT causing fat gain, muscle loss , fatigue and loss of libido... Oh yea AND if using aromasin during PCT you can drop the nolva to 20/20/10/10, then prolly do another blood test at week 30ish
So Week 4-18 12.5 Aromasin EOD?
What if I keep my Nolva 40,40,20,20? The Nolva I bought is only 20mg per pill so I can't get down to 10mg?
Yes aromasin week 4 thru 18, and are they caps or tabs, cause you can cut the tabs in half or you possibly can drop the aromasin down to 6.25 EOD... Check out this link...
