Calories Question

ad

Hi everyone, first time on here I'm kinda nervous. I've been taking some time off from the gym. I eat 2500 calories everyday and am staying at 175lbs. I just got set up with 2 new jobs which are going to require me to move around a bit. The first job will have my heart rate at 140 for 6 hours at a time and the second will have my heart rate at 100 for 6 hours at a time. I'm guessing that I'll burn an extra 1800 calories on job 1 and an extra 600 calories on job 2. I planned on eating an extra 300 grams carbs and 70 grams of fat around job 1 and an extra 100 grams carbs and 20 grams of fat around job 2. I just want to maintain and not lose any muscle or deplete too much because of the extra work I'll be doing. I'm also natural right now but am considering a small cycle in the near future which is why I came here. I appreciate anyone's thoughts.

Those are some strange jobs where you know exactly what your heart rate will be and for how many hours. Anyway...if you are losing weight eat more. Stay away from the simple carbs if you can. You will be spiking your insulin levels all over the place.

My resting heart rate is always around 70-80 doing nothing. The first job is unloading a food truck for 6 hours and the second is a waiter job. That's true, if I am losing weight then I need to up the carbs, good advice, thank you.

I would say that the calorie increase you are thinking may be adequate. since you'r body composition is the way that it is, I'm assuming your body favors carbs for its substrate utilization. because of this, maybe shift some of those grams of fat into more carbs. it will be trial.and error once you start the job though. it sounds like you planned and calculated it well so you should be able to effectlyou improvise and adapt your diet to you meet your needs.
as far as running a cycle, may not be the best time of your life unless you're looking to cut. trying to successfully bulk with so much cardio will potential increase your macro requirements into an area that may not be very possible. plus, you still have some room to grow naturally, you should be able to put on a significant amount of weight natural before diving into peds. so over all, I would advise waiting a while before taking steroids.

Thank you, I'm thinking I'll stay on 2500 and have some candy or fast acting carbs with me. If my heart rate jumps I'll eat 50-70 carbs depending on how high it goes. Kinda take it on an hour to hour basis. Thanks again, I'll hold off on the cycle for a while.
