backonroidsConcentrate on food mate .. I know it's frustrating being light but you will regret this cycle if you haven't for the base it is a waste .
You are not The Model Rick Martel so just stop and ......EAT
160lbs says you eat like a rooster....doing a cycle isn’t going to change your eating habits, you have to change that.
If you do this cycle, you’re going to gain some initial weight, you think it’s muscle but it’s really just water and some glycogen because you’re still eating like a rooster and your body grows from food, not steroids. You’re going to finish pct, lose all the weight you gained and probably more, and fuck yourself up because you are not knowledgeable on this subject(s) and too young. That’s the outcome guaranteed. Wait a few years AT LEAST, you’ll be happier you did.
Eat big to get big, no way around that
“Doing a cycle isn’t going to change your eating habits, you have to change that”
So true, +1 on that!
Just like Rich Piana said...... EAT BIG TO GET BIG!!! RIP-Rich
Rustyhooker^^^^^boom!!
5'1" 160lbs. Absolutely no need for steroids. Look, the smaller you ars the easier it is to gain muscle. As you get bigger it gets harder and harder. At 5'10 I would imagine you could get up to 190-200lbs naturally. Once you reach a certain point new muscle gain will basically be impossible to gain new muscle, or it will be in the neighborhood of 1-3lbs per year. This is the point where you start using steroids. When you physically cannot gain any more muscle naturally. Why in the hell would you take steroids, powerful, dangerous hormones that will cause health problems to achieve what you can naturally, side effect free? Makes xero sense. At 160 you can put on muscle at an incredibly fast rate, literally as fast as I do on steroids. Things may slow down around 185 or so, but it'll be easy getting there. Don't be lazy.
At 24, and your current stats you're nowhere near ready for a cycle.
Didn't we already tell you this in an earlier post?
what do you think my stats should be so i can start my first cycle?
You need to be 25 at minimum for your HPTA to fully develop. At your height you should also be a little over 200lbs natty.
my goal isn't to look massive i am leaning towards that aesthetic/physique competitor look
If your goal isn't to be massive there's no need to use steroids. One can achieve a VERY high level of physique development without gear. If you want to get massive then steroids in the mix. But you don't need steroids to get a really good physique, just food hard training and rest. Biggest thing is food, diet is number 1, it's where everyone fucks up, I remember when I was 160lbs. I got up to 185 really easily. Eat big and lift hard,
Definitely don't need steroids for just that athletic look. Hopefully it will hit home that can be achieved really easily with just a little modification in diet and training without the harsh side effects of running a cycle. Steroids can't make up for a poor diet or unstructured training program. I would really be interested in seeing the diet and training protocol.
Doesn't matter. You're too young too be messing with AAS. And if that physique look is what you're going for, you can get there naturally.
RustyhookerThats simply food and sweat. Dude wants a cosign and half assed approach on the magic bus.
Hahaha
RustyhookerLmao!!
Man, if only steroids worked as good as everyone thought they did. I'd be fucking huge.
RustyhookerAmen!
You're telling me you're not the super jacked dude doing porn shoots!?
man im not half assing nothing. ive been told by multiple ppl and seen that if you want to achieve a very aesthetic body, this is whatt majority of ppl do. my dream is to be a fitness model and if i have to do this ill do it.
I train at the same time as 2 WNBF pro bodybuilders daily. Ive gotten to know them rather well and learned quite a bit from them. ALL they talk about when eavesdrop on their conversations is how many cals are in this, how much fat in that that they cant eat this . Their diet really is all they do. They track EVERYTHING that goes in their mouths. If someone is telling you otherwise they do not know what they are talking about. These ladies are natural but until I knew this there was no way a person could tell that. I am no food guru but I have seen what a good diet and do and how a body can be manipulated with food. Just do yourself a favor and dont hop on gear just because. Im sure you will have a longer career the longer you delay hopping on.
RustyhookerSo then, you're the bullemic chick in the stall because working for it takes too long.
Then you've been misinformed. What fitness models do is live and breathe the lifestyle. Their diet is dialed in completely, and they train to achieve their results. I've known quite a few that I was friends with during college, and none of them used any gear at all (both male and female). If your diet isn't tuned like a performance car, if your training isn't stricter than old drill sergeants, then throwing gear in the mix won't do a single thing.
As Iron said, if gear did what people thought it did, we'd all have sponsorships from muscle magazines.
Diet man. Lot of people pinning gear and look like total shit. Lot of people with a spot on diet not pinning gear but look they are.
Pretty much, too many people rely on these "wonder drugs" thinking they'll get the same results as all these magazine folk, when in reality it's the opposite. It's easier to pin or take a pill than it is to actually hammer out proper nutrition and then stick with it for the weeks and months it'll take to see results.
Then when the result from poor nutrition and gear use isn't what they thought, they assume they need more and that what they had is bunk or off dosed rather than reworking the fundamentals.
BOGWhat’s your goals, what’s your diet gone to look like, what’s you work outs gone to be. Where’s your weight now? Need more info.
diet will consist of 4,500 to 5,500 calories
macros will be 675 carbs/ 225 protein/ 120 fat
i will be training 5-6 days a week ( push/pull/legs)
my main goal is gain muscle around 25 pounds. I know that after i get off the cycle realistically i will only gain 18 pounds due to water loss.
i will be doing cardio twice a week
i am 158-160 lbs
Diet might actually be a little to big for you given your current stats, but try it and see what happens if you are gaining to much fat then back off a bit on the carbs. Might help to bump up that protein a bit though.
I am kind of leary about what you mean with this push/pull/leg routine. Depending on how advanced of a lifter you are this might not be ideal. Browse through this

Hit that diet for a year and see where you are man.
Myself, I’d up the protein to break 300 a day. Follow the plan you’ve laid out though and you’ll grow.
I wish I’d have learned to eat like I was on cycle before I’d ever touched the shit. I thought I did, until I started actually counting.
Right now, you have all the test you need. Hit the discipline hard for awhile and you’ll be ahead of the game.
