Blood Work
Hey, guys just thought I would share my blood work results and my first cycle experience. I have no serious genetic health Issues besides asthma and have had years of weight training in general and for MMA. I was a personal trainer for about 4 years as well for helping people with weight loss.
I'm currently a 24-year-old male (cycle started at 23). I was finishing college, tore my MCL in BJJ, couldn't walk for almost 2 years, and gained about 50 lbs. I fought at 140 lbs and went up to about 200lbs. So I decided to try out SARMS before anabolics. LGD 4033 and GW Cardarine really helped me lose weight and build muscle and had a great experience with them.
A few months later I started Test C, first couple weeks at 250mg then went up to 500.
I DID NOT use an AI which was dumb and learned that the hard way from all the water retention in my chest. I hold fat and water in my chest but did not get the dreaded gyno knot as some people do.
After 8 weeks of Test I added in Deca at 200 for the first month then 400mg for a total of 10 weeks. I put on like 30lbs in 8 weeks and the deca really did help my joints and blew me up. I didn't like the fact that I felt bloated all the time and my gut was pretty big from my first real bulk. I don't like the effects of high deca because it makes me feel kinda depressed and moody more so than when I ran tren this year. (Great experience from Tren A).
Around the spring time so like 12-13 weeks in I switched to Test E at 500mg and added in Winstrol at 50mg. Fucking love Winstrol made me dry vascular and really overall physique. It gave me a lot of headaches and you should NOT drink on it I learned that the hard way on spring break and I was shitting blood for a week. But overall I made serious gains on the 5 weeks of Winstrol.
I hopped off Last May (Started in August the previous year). After my last pin, I waited 4 weeks then added in HCG at 500units a week and Nolvadex at 20mg for about 6 weeks.
I had ZERO issues when I hopped off considering I was blasting for about 22 weeks. Dick was working great I felt good and slept well and still kept my gains. I lost about 10lbs when I got off but most of it was water because I was still hitting the same numbers give or take 5-10lbs per lift.
Overall I had a fantastic experience I was confident big strong and it really helped me with the ladies and made me into the man I always wanted to be. My only regret is that I didn't take an AI the whole time which I learned to do on my current cycle (I have a TRT doc and a prescription) and get blood work prior to using Test.
This is my personal experience and obviously, I AM NOT A DOCTOR this is for entertainment and information use only.
If you chose to go down the path of anabolic steroids consult your doctor get blood work done and even an EGK (for your heart) and keep a clean diet/have a plan or coach I am currently training under an IFBB Pro and doing a classic physique show in Nov 2023.
I hope this was helpful to anyone or maybe learn from my mistakes and find a better way to cycle

Always do bloods. I'm no doctor but the results are easy to read, and I probably know more about hormones than my GP does. You should already know, and this isn't medical advice since I'm no doctor. But you know your test levels are low, at your age bring them back naturally. I'm on TRT but I'm also 57. You don't want to shut down at 24. Look at HCG, clomid, etc, and google.
Dick problems could also be prolactin, Deca and Tren are notorious for this. Look at caber.
You have to watch your insides too, my doctor said he's seen more young folks getting liver failure because they're combining gear, and drinking. I've seen way worse liver enzymes than yours but look at some liver protection like Liv52. Also, RBC and HGB are high, I've seen this debated, but I donate blood regularly in order to keep my hematocrit under control. I think there may be some benefit to BP too with blood donation.
Just research, and be open with your doctor because they may wonder why some numbers are off, and your high numbers are commonly seen with folks using gear. They can help steer you in the right direction for treatment.
I'm glad I didn't do gear until my late forties when I was patient enough to research, and my levels were going down anyway. I'm not one to lecture, but I'm a dad and granddad and I know I'd sway my sons, or grandsons from doing gear until they were older and look into raising their natural levels. Heck even peptides or SARMs I'd might be OK with. It's just you don't want shut down at your age. Just think about it, it's a life time commitment I'm on TRT until I'm dead, and if I can't afford it in my old age, it's going to suck badly.
