I was pinning in my delt today and when I pulled out a quick squirt of blood followed. I was g2g, pulled back, no blood and injected. No more pain than a usual pin...Whats up with that??? Hit my delts many times, this was a first. Any thoughts??

Yea fort knoxx is right it's no big deal u didn't lose gear or anything I do it from time to time in my quads
