Beginner help/advice

ad

Hello, I new as a user. I have boughten enhanced supplements, but they were for people that wanted to do it. I think they dont know to much about it because they just asked for a whole bunch of things and did it.

I recently bought:

Boldenone undecylenate 300mg/ml (Injectable)
Tamoxifen Citrate 20mg (tablets)
Stanozolol 20mg (tablets)

I have been talking to a "trainer" and he told me to get them based off my goals, but now he doesn't respond after got all the stuff in and so I dont know how to start or how much to use.
I am 5'7" and weigh about 157. I was weighing about 175 and lost some weight this past month. I am fairly thin, but I have a lot of bf on my belly and chest area only, and so I wanted to basically lean out right now. So he suggested that stack as a "jump start". I figured he was just saying all that to make money off of me, but while he was telling me what stuff he wanted me to order from him, I just ordered on my own.

So basically I have these three things, I dont know if that'll be enough, but I was wondering if thats a good starter stack or is it pointless. Should I take oral supplements instead vs the injection.

Thank you guys for the responses, I really do appreciate it. I will definitely throw the gear away, and continue working out, and eating clean!

He just wanted to get your money for gear. There are fucktards at the gym where I go that try pushing gear off on people that have no reason to do gear. Don't listen to the sales person. There just selling you a dream. Dreams don't come true

You are too young, without a strong base naturally build, and without experience and knowledge of training and nutrition, I do not recommend the use of AAS. this is just my opinion.

You're too young. You have not built a proper base naturally.

At 5'8" you should be sitting at at least 180-190+ and relatively lean naturally with diet and training before you ever need to consider gear. Spend the next few years lifting and focusing on diet. Your testosterone levels should be naturally high at your age and you should have no problem gaining muscle. Make a mistake or have a bad run and you will be jabbing a needle in your ass for the rest of your life. Don't do it. Throw that shit in the garbage.

Dude! Whoever this "trainer" is, go find him and beat the cost of the shit you bought out of him. Guy is a fuck. Do yourself a favor and throw that shit out. You have fat to get rid of? So did I. Eat less calories than you need to stay the same. Go online and search macro calculator. Then whenever you train at the gym. Before you lift weights, go run on the treadmill or do some cardio for half hour. You will see that fat go. Really dude, dont take that stuff.
