AnonI would shrivel up into a tiny malnutritioned anorexic stick and die if I ate TWICE what you eat...
They've got you covered below you don't need to even be thinking about AAS for years. Once your body gets used to eating more frequently it will start to DEMAND that you continue to do so and you WILL gain weight..... fast. I used to say the same thing when I was a teenager "can't gain weight" - until I learned to train my body to eat more. Gained something like 30 pounds during my sophmore year of high school when I figured that out ( my cousin is an IFBB pro he taught me some basics early on ) bench went up close to 100 pounds and my back squat just about doubled no steroids involved I was only 15 you could probably do something very similar in one very dedicated year.
For me dbol destroys my appetite after only 8-10 days also.... no steroid will put food down your throat or lift weights for you doesn't matter what you take it do you any good! Start force feeding and start growing it's that simple
Ok, tnx guys. I've found a diet that gave me my doctor some time ago, I'll post it later. I've understood that I have to eat much more, but I've read that dbol will make me eat a lot, used as a kickstart.. What do you think about the cycle?
I think I am pretty sure that the diet your doctor gave you is going to do nothing for muscle gaining purposes. I am pretty confident without even seeing it that it is going to be way inadequate for protein and overall calories needed to build muscle. Most diets dished out by Doctors are for inactive people who don't demand the additional nutritional requirements needed for active individuals looking to build muscle.
Let me quickly inform you that D/bol can also be suppressive on the appetite too........ like gryst said below you have to re-educate yourself and TRAIN yourself to eat..... food is the key here bro.. no amount of gear will make any difference to you unless you supply the body with ample nutrients to create protein synthesis which equals cell multiplication and eventually some growth...... brother let me try to pin point the importance of eating by using myself as an example.... i have been juicing for just shy of 34 yrs now! even to this day i must plan and monitor my daily intake to simply maintain my current weight... ok so if just juicing was the magic i could quit force feeding and planning 5/6 meal days years ago right?..... understand juice is only the medicine, food is catalyst that creates the spark that leads to weight gain and muscle growth.... you are at the bottom rung of the ladder and learning about the necessity for proper nutrition is the fist step to be taken before you can move forwards.... failing to understand and master nutrition will lead to nothing but FAILURE time after time.
Damn 34 yrs! I know you live, bleed, and shit this lifestyle, but do you ever see yourself getting to the point where you say, Fuck It, this is my last pin. I chose my user name cause it seemed fitting, but damn that's a whole other level.
lol no brother i get jaded pinning sometimes but its just become like brushing my teeth every morning..... got some serious pinning coming up shortly when i hit my peptides run.... 3 x daily pinning protocol just for them and then my AAS on top, the niggly part is having to completely swap around my meal times to balance out the fasted shots and holding off with the carbs then i dont fk up the GH spikes, but it will work out alwats does when i get fully focused on something, i refuse to be beaten by something i know full well i can dominate with a positive mental attitude.
Eating will help you eat a lot PERIOD. How many times do people here have to tell you that you need to eat more and that's how you train yourself to eat more? How do you think 600 pound people get that big? BECAUSE THEY EAT!! NO AAS NO DBOL FKN EAT! If you cant convince yourself to eat every 2 hours or more without aas or other drugs then working out is not for you neither is bodybuilding PERIOD.
Oh boy............full circle.
EAT< EAT< EAT... At 24 you have plenty of natty test rolling around in there, unless you have bloods that say otherwise. I'm trying to lean out and I eat 90% of your diet before lunch.
Remember and I say this all the time, whenever someone tells me they always had a problem gaining weight I laugh. I have the metabolism of a hummingbird; I drink a whole pot of coffee every day, and i can fluctuate my weight by + - 5 pounds weekly. You have to condition yourself to eat more PERIOD. In order to gain/lose you have to be consistent with your diet, consistent meaning eating a few hours apart EVERY day, not one or 2 days then slack. V has some great articles on how to push your weight higher and V has some disgusting but mass building shakes alone that can crush your "metabolism" worries. User SDM also has some good information he can share with you and I know a few others do too. If you train yourself to eat as much as you train yourself to go to the gym then you have broken all barriers. Stop telling yourself you can't do it and be more positive. The more negative you are the more you will convince yourself you can't.
RustyhookerBig foods. 130lbs and tall. Forget measures and scales. Eat everything! Protein up at 250g/day. Meats meats meats! Lots of carbs. Oats, grains, fruits. Get your daily calories up to 5000/day. Don't trip out just flat EAT.
Biggest problem is that if you dont get foods done now then any possible gains will be lost immediately due to metabolism. Plus eating after cycle (180lbs start weight) will be even more important.
^^^^^^ This.
Until you get the good aspect in check, any AAS use, (which you're too young for), would be wasted as you just won't hold on to anything.
RustyhookerHopefully he picks your brain on foods bro. You got good layouts/patience
Just cycle more food on blast
That food plan would not fill my budgie...... shit no wonder you weigh the same as a training shoe lol
NO cycle advice... you need calories brother... lots of em!!
Ahahahahah this was funny lol
No one said me that my weight is the same as a training shoe lol
However, I'll try your milk shake with almond butter (if I'll find it).
My problem is that I'am immediately satiated :(
You start eating like these guys are suggesting and you'll soon find that you won't have that immediate full feeling. It'll turn into an insane hunger right before your next planned meal. Your body is a fast learner and will soon switch over to burning full time since it's getting more than enough cals to sustain it. That was 1 of the hardest things for me to convince my girl of when she first started training/eating to compete. Now she's hungry every 2.5-3 hours. Put the food in! Simple as that.
I don't know how many I consume. I'm a student, I don't do cardio, only 6min bicycle, and training lasts 1 hour and 30 min
That's my point. Get a food scale look this stuff up and get back to me. Until you know any of this stuff you won't make progress. You need to learn to do this if you want to grow.
I'm going to try to make a point to you if you can answer the following questions.
How many total calories a day to you consume?
how much protein?
how much fat?
how much in carbohydrates?
You don't need to cycle you just need to eat! Throw these in with 5 solid meals a day.

Nice tips, thanks
What means "Also edit your source out, no talk in in open forum."?
Don't need to list what brand your products are, or who they come from. Just for future reference.
Ah ok! Thanks
