Hello. First thanks for any help you give me. This will be my first cycle. I decided about 3 weeks ago to go ahead and do a cycle. So I have been reading everything I can find but want some clarification and a little more help. I'm 29 5'11 177 lbs 10% bf. I have 20 ml of test e. I am unsure exactally how to use it. I was thinking week 1-4 250 then 5-12 500 2 shots a week. Or 250 for 16 weeks. Really don't want to go over 16 weeks. Or also thought about 250 1-6 the 500 7-10 then 250 11-16. I also have hcg. I have seen most people run it with their cycle a buddy of mine says he runs it with his pct. I don't want to be the guy that just listened to his buddy and gets sxrewed. I have also seen mixed reviews on. Nolvadex and clomid. 1 or both. Was going to plan on doing 40/40/20/20 on nolvadex. Also that is per day per week correct? Also would I need to run Anastrozole with my cycle. I have seen .5 every other day is what I have been reading. Sorry so many questions but I want to make sure I don't screw up will also be getting blood work done. On my diet right now I have been cutting so I'm on about 1800 calories and have been getting about 180 grams of protein. I am planning on doubling that. And I work out 7 days a week for around an hour.

Some people give the worst advice, and give it like there can't possibly be anything wrong with it. First of all everyone is different! My first cycle (when I was naive and scared) was a pyramid cycle with just Deca (100mg wk 1-2 then 200mg wk 3-6 and 100mg wk 7-8). With this retarded cycle I gained 20lbs. You may gain 30 lbs on test just 250 per week, who knows! If you have vials and this is your first cycle take 300 or 350 or even 250. Don't jump all the way to 500mg. This cycle is really to calibrate how your body is going to react. Of course you don't want to waste your time and money but 500mg is too much. And 16 weeks is too long. 10-12 sounds better. Even though you have a long acting ester, you might want to INJ. Twice a week at least during first 2 weeks. Also I never used an AI on cycle but, definitely have one on hand. I arimidex half life is 4-5 days so maybe just use it every 3 days at .25 unless you start feeling tenderness in nips. That's ur call if you'd rather be safer. Also hcg during cycle I don't get it save it for day after last shot and then take 500iu - 750iu eod for 10-14 days with Adex or aromasin. And run nolvadex 20mg for 6weeks. That's what makes sense to me.

Post a cycle in cycle logs. I can tell you easily this first; get more test. unless you're going to run a very low dose cycle 20ml's isn't going to get you far. And your test dose should be consistent. None of that pyramid shit, that's old school and useless.. 175-250mL 2 x week. 12 weeks.. Shouldn't bother with hcg first cycle. If you do I recommend using it the two to three weeks between last shot and starting pct at 250iu e3d. Nolva and clomid definitely. arimidex start week 3 or 4 sooner if you feel itchy in the nipples, or get bloodwork done to check estrogen and adjust dosage either with how you feel or better yet with bloods every couple weeks.
