Bump the dosage to 80mg/day and dose 30/30/20 (7am/3pm/10pm)

Anavar is best takin in 3 dosages a day. The half life is 9 hours so to keep plasma levels stable 3 times a day is good. I do 20 in the morning 20 1 hour before the gym and 20 1 hour before bed. Look up steroid half life on the net and base anything you take on that.
