I lift when I'm sick, when I don't feel like it, when I'm depressed, when I'm constipated, when I'm waaaaaay not constipated, when my dog dies, when I had a bad day at work, see where I'm going? The only thing you have proven to yourself is you can't commit. Now if you do commit in the kitchen to a 6 meal proper pla to make gains and the gym for 365 and no gains, we have a new conversation. gear will only increase protein synthesisi "while you use it". Its cause and effect very simple. You need the cause in your life to be kitchen and gym 365 and the "effect" you want will come. To be in an "acceptable range" for 21 in the worst case scenerio is as good as the test of a 30 yr old and thats plenty O test to get it done if you know what you're doing. Btw, kitchen is a science, learn the science brother theres more to it than you know. Pour your life into learning how to build in the kitchen because thats where real building occurs.

Day 1-365 Diet Diet Gym Gym
For the next year you should hit the gym and diet correctly---You need to honestly test yourself, get your body in the best shape it can naturally and with the correct diet. AAS is not magic pills, this is not Jack and the bean stock, with magic beans.
IF you want to do this right and be safe, you need to challenge yourself over the next year, working out hard, eating right. That way, when its time to start or fill that you should--Your body is at its peak, naturally both with diet and working-out..
So if you decide in a year that this is the course you are going to take--Well your taking full advantage of it, and doing it safely--and maximizing everything you can out of it.
Either do it right or don't do it at all. Give yourself an honest year of eating right and working-out everyday and see where you are.
No gear bro, get your diet in line and stick to a solid structured and regular training schedule for at least 6months, being a bit flabby suggests your bf is too high for gear to be of any benefit. Make a log and chart your progress. Then post your log on here and ask for advice. During that 6 months research AAS and proper cycle protocol. Good luck bro.

This is exactly how I feel! Is there a particular test supplement that's better then the others for supplementing test at my age. Is there a way that I can do this, while running damage control making sure when I come off them my T levels don't decline further? What did your doctor put you on?
if you run test your body is gonna shut down its natural production and there is always a risk that it will not recover. I know your thinking that low test is all the problem and if you could only have normal levels it would be all better but that is most likely not the case. Regardless of your levels Body fat is a chore, takes hard work my friend even on cycle(elevated test levels). did you have estrogen levels checked with your blood test?
my doctor prescribed me testosterone cypionate at 100mgs a week this keeps me around a 650-700 level which is great for maintaining but i can not make any gains on it alone. injectable test is really the only definite answer to your prob dont use these creams in my experience it becomes much more difficult to control estro meaning your running the risk of gyno
i dont want to be a dick but the reason why you see very few gains is probably because "you have been lifting off an on for a year" and you probably dont have your diet right. what exactly is your test level? chances are it isnt that bad if the doc says its acceptable for your age. i might add that trt and a cycle are completely different. if you decide with a physician that you need to be on trt that is one thing...you do need to realize that it is for life when you go on trt, it isnt a decision to be taken lightly and one to just go for without thinking all the possibilities. if you are just trying to restart your hpta i would suggest running an hcg blast followed by nolva and clomid.

If this is going to b ur first cycle start with 500mg test e a week split into 2 for 10-12 weeks then 2 weeks after last shot start pct with clomid and novadex for 4 weeks it shood look like clomid 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20 and its a good idea to have some ai on hand to help with bad sides
