+ 2 Advice on second cycle please
Hi,
Age:33
Height: 6.1
Weight : 90kg
Bf: 17
This is going to be my second cycle and will be starting early November. I've done loads of research so far and wanted to know what you guys think. I want to lose most of my body fat and look a lot more leaner. My diet is very clean. I will go on a caloric deficit during cycle.
1-14 test e 300mg (150mg Sunday morning and 150mg Thursday evening)
1-14 primo 400mg per week
7-14 anavar 40mg ed
2-14 Hcg 500iu per week
1-14 arimidex 0.5mg e3d
Pct
2 weeks after last injection
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Novla. 40/20/20/20/20/20
Clomid I will take during the day and novla before bed.
I train very hard 3-4 times a week and I've started adding a little cardio. Will increase cardio during cycle.
I will mix the test e and primo in the same syringe before I inject
Shall I take the HCG the same day as the test e and primo shot or shall I take it e3d at 250iu through the cycle.
Is the arimidex at e3d ok or is this to much.
Is there anything extra you guys would take during a cycle e.g supplements.
And what do you think of the pct.
Any advice would be much appreciated
Thanks

Dont run adex for 14 weeks.
RustyhookerYou're not thinking this cycle out correctly. Relying on drugs over food and gym. Could be simple.
Giardap
LOL. Calm down
I should have wrote training 3-4 time as a minimum.
I would love to go everyday 365times a year but it's difficult with work and family life.
to be fair it's my fault I shouldn't have wrote 17bf it was just a guess. I'll upload a pic later. Its probably a lot less.
Thanks for your response anyway
Okey doke!
So you're leaner then? That's good, but 17% is not all that high at all really
Maybe you could lay out your diet (not macros) and training too
Tell us your goals and diet history
the more info you give, the nicer i will be haha ;-)
My diet has always been ok. The last 2 years I've been counting Marcos and bulking. I'm a 'hard gainer' as they say. I want to cut up during the next cycle and will change my diet accordingly
Breakfast
2 whole eggs
200g beef 5% fat
90g oats
Meal 2
250g chicken
200g cooked rice
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
Meal3
250g chicken
200g cooked potato
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
Meal 4
200g cottage cheese
100g greek yoghurt
40g peanut butter
Pre-workout meal
200g/ml egg whites
35g oats
1 blueberry muffin
Post-workout meal
2 scoops whey
1 bagel with jam
30g crunchy nut cereal
It's not the best of diets and can get a little boring so I change some meals sometimes. Or I change the chicken to turkey things like that
This is an example of leg day training
Front squat 4 warm up sets, 5sets
Smith machine hack squat 4 sets
Leg press 3sets
Walking lunges 3 sets
Romanian deadlift 3 sets
Leg Extension 1 sets of 20-25 reps
Back Extension
I try and hit legs 2X a week because I've always been skinny since I was young and I enjoy leg day.
Just an observation on leg day... its 90% quad oriented, and also; no calves?
Diet listed.... its not shit but timing on foods is bad
Also ur macros do not align. I glanced at carbs and the listed foods are waaayyyyy over you macros listed.
So.... ur macros are bullshit
Says to me u need to go back to basics:
Sort diet, sort gut health ( my theory is hard gainer =bad gut health)
Seriously man I'd forget the other stuff unril u nail diet and complete a bulker without juice and then maintain after. Otherwise =yoyo
Thanks for you advice guys
I am firm believer in the saying 'don't run before you can walk' so I will not start a cycle until I have everything on point.
I thought my diet was really good, but you guys are more experienced than I am. If you can help me with the diet that would be great. You can message me privately if it's easier.
I try and train every morning, sometimes due to work I train later, but never later than 6pm
The macros are different to what I wrote in the diet, I've just changed it last week. The macros for that diet are
Pro - 270g / 1080cal / 37%
Carb - 330g / 1320cal / 45%
Fat - 60g / 540cal / 18%
total kcal - 2940
What should I change in my diet. my end goal is to stay at 90kg with 9%bf
Timing struck me as off as well. I don't train in the morning just because it's convenient and I have the most energy, but because it makes nutrient timing SO much easier. When guys train at night and just down a shake before bed, I really feel like there's gains being left on the table.
Sorry mate my bad. The post & pre gym meals are are written at the end. But if I train in the morning I'd have them then. It's not to say I train at the end of the day. Sorry for the confusion.
I've realised I'm not very good at explaining my self. I'll eventually get the hang of it
Thanks backonroids,
I will upload a pic later after gym.
I was thinking the same thing and just using test e (500mg) for 16weeks. The more i started reading into it the more I started thinking shall I add another compound. I haven't bought anything yet. So the cycle can be adjusted.
My Marcos at the moment are
Protein:330
Carbs:289
Fat:91
Calories 3300
all those drugs to lose a little bodyfat? are you taking the p!$h?!
"I've done loads of research so far" - on what exactly? Steroids, HCG, AI?? - How about researching diet??
"*I train very hard 3-4 times a week *" - Part timer at training, why the hell add steroids?
"My diet is very clean" - I don't believe you. If you cannot shed a few lbs without drugs, I just dont believe you
"* I will go on a caloric deficit during cycle*" - How about trying that silly ole idear out before you let the word 'cycle' into your head.... unless its re: a bicycle to help lose fat
He could be training Yates style HIT for all we know, which calls for training 4 days a week. With how vague OP is, we'd never know.
yeah very very true, didnt think of that, thanks for pointing it out.
3 days a week though at that weight, mmmmm
Id imagine someone using those principles would be more advanced though. Lets see where it goes!
backonroidsAlso could you upload a self pic (without face ) so we can see where you are at mate
backonroidsWhat does your diet look like mate ?
I'm sure Makwa usually suggests Test alone and good diet for your desired results and the guy is a guru .
I personally belive there is too many compounds for your second cycle , that's my opinion.
I would too.
I'm in my 2nd blast now and just doing 500 test/20 superdrol.
Overthinking/analyzing it all is pointless compared to how much research into training/programming etc will pay off.
Steroids are great. Add some. Pretty simple lol. On that note 300 test is lower e d so why then add an even weaker steroid (primo) at such a low dose?
RustyhookerYou're going to end up troll status
How so?
God this place must be one of those forums where if you don't all think the same you're a troll lol
RustyhookerGiardap stated why in a well thought message. And that message is taken seriously.
It's a forum where people take health and wellness seriously
We may disagree on many aspects of how it is done and debate and such, but the undercurrent of health wellness and safety is, I think, a core pillar of this forum
Perhaps you should just follow a Boston loud type forum where there are much more flippant attitudes towards health etc.
Who says snythings out blasting large amounts of gear or disregarding health?
You literally just assumed that.
Personally I'm on just test and a kickstart ffs.
My point was 1) he's on steroids test/primo/anavar its more than enough to cut with and maintain muscle easy.
2) Using a lower end dose of two compounds imo when you could use a more suitable of either one.(if going multiple compounds anyway)
Especially primo where every account/log I see/hear prefers primo on higher doses for long periods of time.
If anything I think it's overkill. 250 test 50 anavar is more than enough, and id save my money/oil for primo later.
Health wise I'd use a cut to do just that, use lower doses, cardio, and have a great diet. Even to the point of no orals to get lipids/bloods etc perfect.
RustyhookerOn point. Thank you!
It's one of the things I really respect about you Rusty, you care about eroids members, you care about eroids itself and you have rock solid standards when it comes to giving advice.
