I usually don't have a problem motivating myself in the gym or pushing a little further but sometimes i think a pre workout would go a long way. any ideas. my post now or will be when i start is amino, a little creatine with my protein. i also eat a little before and after or sup with a shake. any advice on the pre and post would help.

I take a pre workout morning shake. The oats in it give me enough energy to make it through. I also drink a big cup off coffee or two before the gym. Post workout a nice whole wheat pasta or some sweet potatoes or yams if great. Add some clean protein like fish or chick or turkey and ur set. Pre workout drinks just get ur heart rate up. Not much else. I'm old fashioned bro. I stick with what has worked for years
Like Noid said with the Dbol u shouldn't need much help
i like a little pre workout while on cycle, it does help alot but sometimes itll make my heart feel like its going to bust
Find the hottest chick in the gym and dream about the day she approaches you for some conversation cause your looking so damn good! Now go work out. D-bol should be all the preworkout you need!
hahaha thanks bro. i actually got my fiancé in the gym. but i was the sucker that approached her lol.
If I eat to much pre Im shit in the gym...Jack3d, I i dont like it but alot of people do...
Jack3d is straight garbage!! I wouldn't take that shit OFF!!-cycle, let alone **ON!!*** USP, Muscletech, etc. had to pull products from production and reformulate certain supps because of the neurostim Methylhexanamine, aka 1,3-dimethylamylamine or ANY Geranuium robertianum constituents is DMAA.
A very active vasoconstrictor as well, and why anyone would want to take that for a pre-workout is beyond my comprehension of all things!!
My heart rate is crazy enough in the gym when I am NOT on gear let alone when I am ON gear...holy shit, add some stims and I am close to a heart attack at 30-something years old!
