Advice needed - Sustanon/Tren/Var cycle

ad

Howzit boets,

I'm 26, been training for 6 years. 5'11 tall with current body weight at 180 lbs and body fat of 14%.

I have only run 2 cycles in my life at a gap of 4 months. Last one being approximately 2 years back of:

Test-e 500 mg w1-12
Tren-e 250 mg w1-8
Arimidex 0.5 mg eod

PCT: Nolva + Clomid

Now before you mention it, I later on realized that I shouldn't have run Tren by any means on my second cycle. My first cycle was Test-E only. However, I must admit I fell victim to some ill advise and was way too young to run a cycle. Thankfully, my tren was at a very low dosage so I got off unscathed (consider myself lucky on that).

Now I seem to have hit a plateau and considering running the following cycle. Please let me know your thoughts:

Sustanon: 500mg per week 1-12
Anavar: 40 mg per day week 8-12
Arimidex: 0.5 mg EOD

PCT: Nolvadex + Clomid

I have Tren on hand and wanted to know if it will be a good idea to run the same at a similar dosage as last cycle (200mg per week)?

I also have Caber and Letro on hand in case things go south.

My goal is to add some lean muscle while increasing size. Diet and workout are in order. Bloodwork is normal.

Thanks in advance.

Hey Wicked,

Impastable is right taking time off. My own PCT alone lasts 2.5 months with another 2 weeks off any kind of supplement from there. After 3 weeks (with a clean health slate), I am back on that yellow brick road. The cycle you are running looks standard and good for your limited time ever doing AAS. If you wanted to try using Tren ace (fast acting), would only bump 50mg 3x per week with your test. You could try doing it weeks 5-8 in your 12 week cycle. Anavar looks good for your last 4 weeks along with taking the Adex as posted.

For your PCT, try adding a month of HCG once the gear leaves your system. Combine that with your Nolva, and finish off with the clomid. You'll be good to go! Good luck and be safe always!

Thanks for your advise mates. Appreciate that.

However, if it makes any difference:

While I was on my cycle 2 years back, I was at 200 lbs at 11% BF. However, over the past 1.5 years, I've been traveling for work purposes and hence haven't been as regular with the diet as I was once. It's only been 3 months since I've been back in the game and hence I said that not my diet and workout seemed to be in order.

That being said I will take this advise and put the gear aside for an indefinite period. Will keep you posted on the progress. However, out of curiosity would the above cycle suit fine at a later stage considering that's the gear I have on hand or should I get rid of the same? The expiry date is in 2018 so still good to be saved for later.

That cycle wouldn't be what you'd run once you get everything back on track. You've only been back on the righteous path of lifting for 3 months, it's way too premature to be thinking of getting back on AAS. Give it a few months, get those stats up, and come back when all is said and done and we'll get you sorted.

Understood. Thank you for sorting me out. I will reach out once I have actually gotten everything in order. I appreciate your advise a lot!

Agreed. Even when you do get things back on track, that is definitely not the cycle you would need to run.

Noted boss. Will keep the gear aside until further approvals. Thanks for taking the time to advise me.

Hey guys,

After taking your advise, I have been on a bulking program and have been consuming 3000+ calories from clean sources regularly and after all that effort I have finally been able to surpass the plateaus I thought I had hit.

I now weight 195 pounds with 14-15% bf. I can definitely see improvements in my overall health and appearance.

I want to thank all of you for advising me correctly. This is why I love Eroids. All other forums simply drew me a cycle and didn't advise me that running none of these would be the best idea as of now.

That being said, I am looking to keep pushing naturally and slowly until I can without the use of AAS just yet.

I will keep you posted. Any advise, suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

Looks like you are making some good progress. Remember to keep increasing cals as your weight increases.

I'm 29, been training for 6 years. 5'11 tall with current body weight at 180 lbs and body fat of 14%.

Bro, you're too close to it to see it, but it's taken you 6 years to hit 180 lbs? This is poor performance by any standard of the imagination sub-par.

Diet and workout are in order.

If you're diet and workout were in order you would be sitting at 220 or thereabouts completely natural after 6 years in the gym for a man in his prime in his 20's.

So absolutely NO GO on any steroids for you bro. A complete waste of your time and needless stress on the body when it is clear you will accomplish NOTHING with your diet and training routine.

Plenty of folk on here will help you with diet and training.

Makwa's picture

That's the truth.
You need to dial in your diet and training to get past those plateaus. Drugs won't do it. You'll end up right back where you are now until you get your nutrition and training figured out. Your 1 stop shop for all that is right here, so be sure to read up on it and ask questions.

Running none of this is the best idea. You hit a plateau? Change up your routine and add a few slabs of lamb/cow/boar to your diet along with extra carb sources.

Contrary to your belief, there is no such thing as gaining lean muscle and increasing size. A bulk is a bulk is a bulk. You will add fat, you will add water.

Your diet and workout are not "in order" otherwise you wouldn't be coming here complaining about a plateau at your stats. It needs work, lots of work.
