Advice for a new guy
ad
My last post didn't really help much so I deleted it, but I'm looking for some good advice about starting out on a cycle. Something good for beginners?

Here's what I'm really trying to accomplish. I'd like to get a little bigger and a little more cut for summertime, my current bf%is 14% and I'd like to see it in the 9-10 range and I'd also like to put on a few more pounds of lean mass. I train 4 days a week and do cardio after each session, but I don't want to up the frequency of cardio because I don't want to be burning calories necessary for muscle recovery. So what I was thinking of doing was just running a cycle or two tops of prohormones to get me there quicker than I naturally would, while obviously running a proper pct after the cycles. What I was curious to know was whether or not I'm setting a realistic goal or if my head is in the clouds. I should have just written all this when I originally posted the forum topic.
Stop doing cardio after training, regardless of cutting or putting on mass. Dorian Yates, possibly one if the smartest bodybuilders ever, said cardio after working out hinders your gains. Gaining muscle= anabolic. Cardio= catabolic (destructive)
The best way to build muscle and lose fat is via super setting. The only way without drugs.
Being 20yrs, lay off drugs. You don't know what you're getting in prohormones and you're too young for AAS.
One thing to remember is it easy to get sloppy on gear. You seem to put on muscle no matter what you do but when you go off you got nothing. So you try more and more gear and you get results but you look like shit. I've using for a few years but since February I've made some of my best gains naturally here because the members and mods here have beaten it into my head that this is a hobby you never stop improving, never stop changing your diet to be bigger leaner stronger. In the 3 months I've been here, I've put on 17lbs, the greatest gains I've ever had, and I've done it natural.
That was really helpful, thank you for explaining it out to me and giving me that advice instead of just telling me no and leaving it at that.
No prob dude. We were all 20 once and wanting to be big yesterday. Good luck on everything!
I replied to you earlier, NO PH's NO AAS, you are 20 yrs old ffs! You can do all that without any of that bullshit. If you want to stick around here quit asking for AAS advice cause you're not gonna get it simple as that. Read this to answer your diet question. (http://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/i-know-my-bmr%E2%80%A6-...)
What all do I put for stats?
dude this is going to be a bad experience for you, if you don't read and use your brain. these spoon feed question are really frowned upon. I'll help you this time around dude... your stats are your age, height, weight, and body fat levels, along with any previous experience you have with AAS.... if you fail to provide us with accurate stats and periodically updates, we'll catch on and flame you dude, and you want get any help.... go ahead and post them here on this thread, then go to your profile and click the edit profile tab.. after that it's easy squeezy japanezy...
Thank you for clearing that up, won't let it happen again. My current stats are as follows.
Age: 20
Height: 6'0
Weight: 183lbs
BF% 14%
As for prior experiences with AAS, I'm new to this whole thing so I have none to speak of yet. I know someone though who regularly runs test cyp, but not at hrt doses. I'm not in a position to be asking them for advice though, so I came here.
You got quite some time before you even consider AAS. Take advantage of your natural Test right now, don't go messing with your hormones at this young of an age. Just eat big and train big. Don't risk your health it's not worth it. We won't help people of your age here at eroids.
Bro your 20 stay away from steriods u will really hurt yourself
profile says your 20. Hit the diet section NO AAS advice for you except come back in 5 years.
Alright, thank you.
stats!
