+ 1 2nd Cycle Has Begun!
Taking everything I learned from the first go round, and having tested some different compounds and ancillary stuff, here's the plan
Test E 500mg a week split into 5 shots
Equipoise 700mg a week split into 3 shots
20mg of anavar pre workout, sublingual, as needed, because man it sure makes a workout better.
10mg Cardarine for lipids and cardio
Arimidex as needed
20mg novladex or 30mg roloxefine as needed
Monitoring blood pressure at home, 5mg cialis or 40mg Telmisartan as needed
20mg methylene blue per day for hematocrit
The plan is to run that until blood work or blood pressure says let up, shooting for my best strength and highest weight yet.
Im an outlier in how much I convert to e2, I have bloods showing that my estrogen is good with eq pushed way higher than test, and taking arimidex so don't come at me there haha

How many days per week are you training mate? I ask because I am naturally very ectomorphic and light too, it was when I began training every other day that I really started to gain some proper weight. On your rest day you just literally hammer down the food which is easy to do from the training stimulation the day before. If you are training most days of the week then you may be finding it hard to surpass your caloric intake to gain some proper body weight. Your already high metabolism rate is also going to be driven even higher with too much training and not enough rest and eating.
Write down a typical days bulking diet because my guess is you are over analysing things and trying to eat too clean when its not necessary yet.
Im about to be on disability for some mental issues that came from a work accident. So 7 days a week provided im recovered but take rest days as needed.
Just started the bulk diet, haven't counted the macros yet but here's a normal day:
Breakfast 1 cup instant oats (measured dry), 2 scoops whey, 1 banana and a bunch of berries in the blender.
10am snack pre-workout 4 rice cakes, some can fish and cream cheese
Lunch chicken breast and sweet potatoes
If I can manage it ill have a snack before dinner but its hard, usually popcorn or crackers and cheese
Dinner: usually ground beef, steak or roast beef with veggies or pasta
Seems real light on calories. You really should have your diet dialed in before you get on cycle so you’re not wasting your time on gear. Download my fitness pal and plug it all in and see where youre at. Based on your stats and body type I’d guess you’ll need to be at 3000-3500 calories a day starting off. And adjust up throughout the cycle as you gain weight. The more muscle you have more food you need to continue growing.
Swap the oats you’re eating for protein oats. More calories and protein. Ideally you’d eat Whole Foods for your protein for breakfast like eggs and egg whites. But the shake is better than nothing.
I’d add a post workout shake since you didn’t mention one. It’s just another easy 50g of protein and 240 calories you need. Then eat your chicken and sweet potato’s 30-45 mins after your workout.
Need a better meal between lunch and dinner. Protein and carbs. A full meal would be best here like more chicken and rice or potatoes.
And add a meal right before bed. Greek yogurt is my choice. I get the okios brand that’s 23g protein per 3/4 cup so I eat 1.5 cups plus some granola mixed in for taste. Greek yogurt has slow digesting casein protein in it to keep you fed all night. Some guys do cottage cheese, but I can’t. Stuff is so gross.
So that’s 6 meals plus 1 shake. That’ll get you gaining right.
Yup bang on with the calories man, when I gained 25lbs last go around I worked my way up to 3-3500 calories, I weighed and tracked my meals for a couple weeks then just ate those same meals in roughly the same volumes for months.
I just don't have the appetite for it right now, I feel like I'm going to puke as it is lol cant wait for the eq appetite to come in. Higher test helps too. I would take a low dose of mk677 but I tried that before and my body did not like it one bit.
I also enjoyed the hunger on higher test. Hunger has always been an issue for me. Eq on tap !
A gram and a half of gear at 6ft 172lbs on a 2nd cycle? Cmon man. Don’t make me write out a long post on how stupid this is. Drop the eq. Var would not be my choice for a cycle intended on gaining muscle. If you have if already fine, but If you don’t and you’re sensitive to e2 I’d go tbol.
Solid bulking diet plus heavy lifting plus 500mgs of test will get you where you want to go at your stats. You start adding additional compounds when you stop gaining from 1, which you haven’t yet being that this is only your 2nd cycle. But you don’t add more harmful drugs just for the fuck of it.
The eq is mostly a counter balance to the estrogen conversion, as well as the appetite boost and tendon gains. But yeah im going to cut the doses way back i was being retarded.
Anavar is addictive, 20mg under the tongue pre workout is better than anything ive ever taken. Cialis works nice for a pump but it isn't the same.
500 test without something else would have me just gulping Ai and serms unfortunately
300mg of EQ is enough to boost your appetite. At 300 you might as well go to 400 though since that seems to be where the fun starts happening.
But if I’m adding another drug for e2 control and some other benefits it’s always proviron. Proviron is mild enough for a 2nd cycle. And being a fast acting pill the dose can be adjusted or stopped immediately.
I’d be careful with the anavar if appetite is a problem. Orals can kill appetite in some people, probably in part due to the acid reflux. Others get a boost in appetite from anavar so you just need to monitor it.
I don't swallow my anavar, under the tongue for 15-20 minutes and spit out whatevers left
I had read a lot of people say proviron really wasn't worth much... but hey worth a shot. Ive already got equipoise though.

Okay so you hate this cycle for me, what would you change? I like having an eq dominant ratio of eq to test for the ai like effects I get. Primo doesn't do it for me, and masteron makes my hair fall out.
I ran 700 eq and 350 test for a while before without major issue, went from 150-175 pounds. It was a long cycle I'll admit, I had to do a lot of fumbling around to find what dht derivative works for me because anything more than trt levels of test and im fighting a very uphill battle with estrogen
I would stop keep adding as many pills as you can everytime you think of a cycle. I counted 8 and you keep saying "as needed" which subliminally means you will find the need. We get you cant do your oral only but ease up on popping the pills. Were you an addict in the past?
Its just what I have on hand, I usually need some ai or serm and last go on eq, I opted to use telmisartan for BP as it was climbing.

Beyond a certain point, increasing androgen levels may not lead to further benefits but rather contribute to the development of the numerous adverse effects ,hair loss, high estrogen, kidney damage, liver damage. But what do I know compared to 160lb guy on his second cycle.

Fair enough and I think i was in this crazy head space designing this cycle, a bunch of stuff happened recently and im going to be off work on disability for a while. In my head I was like this is the time to blast hard, workout every day like an animal, eat everything in sight and get enough rest to make it worth while.
Im over it, ill back it well off and see how she goes. I like the compounds listed but I don't need to be taking all that or those doses.
Would you keep the cardarine in there?
