When to start anti-estrogen

I just started a cycle of test e. I will be running at least 6 months. I will be doing 250ml every five days. I believe the quality of the test e to be pharma grade. I was wondering when is a good time to add anastrozol and what dose to follow. I was thinking of adding 6 weeks in at a dose of .25 daily. Comments?

Its true my bf is 25% at this point prior to starting any aas.
I guess Im doing what is referred to as cruising on a low dosage of test e. I know about diminishing returns. This dosage is for some gains, but just to improve my mental well being. Testosterone does aromatize and I am looking only to balance my increased test and estrogen level.
What are you doing just put yourself on TRT , so if you are going to do blast and cruise then read more and do it right ! And you need AI if you do blast and cruise right , but the dosage you are talking about now it's semi TRT .
I think you don't need an AI for this doses , but I think you mixed between test e and hgh for 6 months , can you explain what are you trying to do ? Maybe I'll learn something new !! And it's true your body fat 25% ?

N .25mg ed puts you at 1.75mg a week of adex for a dose of 250mg of test.... you need to research A LOT MORE
