I have done many training fads. I realized that I enjoy bodybuilding. I wish I was doing this 15 years ago, but I know now is a great time to start trying out gear. I'm looking to find quality and take my time with the MINIMUM EFFECTIVE DOSE. I have been reading on here and decided to take the plunge! I feel the posts have helped me make wise decisions on what to do and where to go.

TronI'm 36 as well. My life began at 32 when I found this place. Placed an order and its been a 4 year amusement ride for me since then. Physically and mentally becoming better every day. I feel like I personally know a lot of members on here. It will grow on you. Welcome aboard.
