Water retention
Got a question for water retention.
First: 33 years old, 6'-2", 265, 16-18% BF, Been Lifting for 16 years, 4-5 Days a week, Big Mofo.
Currently on Test 200 twice a week. First cycle in 6 years.
I am having some water retention. My ankles and legs are definitely holding too much water. Shoes are tight and socks are leaving an imprint. Can't see much of ankles.
How much water retention before I should start AI?
I have on hand both letro and anastrozole. From what I am reading, Letro is too harsh and I should go with Anastrozole (LiquiDex).
Can anyone give me advise on dosage? From the research I am reading .25mg EOD should take care of it, but I do not want to diminish the amazing gains I have already seen taking place.
Thanks to all for the help. This site is great!!

cdaddy7How's your blood pressure my man? Make sure and watch that with the bloat. You can get in stroke allie quick my man
Just to update: I was running RUI Liquidex (Anastrozole) and water retention has improved dramatically. .25mg EOD seems to be ok. I have lowered the dose to .125 approx to see if I can still have the same water retention benefit. All sensitivity in the nipples are gone as well. Very happy with the results. Some blurred vision from the Anastrozole did take place and lasted about 10 mins. Apparently from low estrogen. I am going to keep an eye on this. Thanks everyone for the advice.
It is all diet bro, watch your salt and do not over do with carbs, DO NOT CARB DELETE.
A note of caution, I have never heard of swollen ankles especially one that can not see his\her ankles. Swollen hands and in some cases swollen ankles IMHO are a result of too much HGH.
Doing 400mgs of Test aint gonna give you swollen ankles. Try a capillary test, place your thumb on your arms and press, you will see a red imprint that should subside
within 2 seconds, if longer too much sodium or High BP in your case I believe there is an underlying problem.
Thumb print disappeared within two seconds... I have been drinking a lot of water and doing extra cardio the last two days. Hopefully it is not an underlying problem. If it continues or worsens I will go to a doc.
Thanks for the advise.
Cut your salt intake too.
Anonyeah that will help alot
Will do! That could be the problem for me. I have been cooking a lot of grilled chicken and meats and might be getting carried away with the seasoning. Thanks for the advise!
.25 eod should be good enough and you won't loss much of anything at that dosage.
Thanks BB! I appreciate it. Hopefully this will do the trick.
