Hey everyone,
I wanted to post a question or better yet a idea to hear what everyone thinks. I unfortunately got gyno a few cycles ago (i was young and stupid then) i have ran AI before (mostly arimidex and aromasin) but none strong enough, so my current log is as follows EOD 1.5mg of letro. My question is with a dose of 1.5 EOD will that crash my E2 (estrogen) i plan to run blood work in a couple weeks. For the time been i want to know what everyone thinks.

Letrozole to treat gyno has got to be the stupidest fucking thing associated with AAS use. You have a problem with gyno which is caused by excess estrogen in your breast tissue, so treat that problem. You are proposing to completely throw off your hormonal balance when you can just run Nolvadex and pinpoint the problem. Nolvadex has been proven to get rid of gyno without completely fucking up the rest of your body.

Why crash your estro with letro when you can run nolvadex and block the estro from acting on the receptor... nolvadex works 10 mg for a month works for me lump gone

Letro gyno protocol is out dated and stupid
To many other options that are more practical to choose from.

Well i do have pretty bad Gyno as far as my previous Exemestane dose is i ran it up to 12.5 EOD
Ive seen its halflife in men ~8.9 hours
taken once a day is recommended and I believe ive seen split am pm also but not sure.

Another question if i did run letro what dose would you run it at ?
What would you suggest as in cycle support then ? Daily ? And what dose ?
Man everyone is different like you said perhaps you armatize more than I and you need something harsher like letro.
I have only used letro once and it was some harsh stuff and would never suggest it for cycle support.
My only thought if it were me is, Find a quality source of Adex or Exemastane.

Then maybe for example
start a TRT dose of test and Adex @ .25mg E3D, do bloods and adjust Adex according to results.
you need bloods to figure it all out.
