pct tamoxifen doseage and when

Just concluding week 12 on a cycle of 1ml test c twice per week and 0.5 nandrodec twice per week. Pleased with the results.
Aromasin required from week 7-10 as I had mild gyno.
In light of the above I would appreciate comments on appropriate Tamoxifen doseage and when. There are differing views amongst the gym goers. Im stocked up and ready to go with the final stage. Thanks in anticipation.

There are forums already out about appropriate PCT so go follow them first before asking questions that has already been answered hundreds of times
