side effects - anyone else in the same boat?

ad

so having cycled test E only this time round I went for test C at 1ml twice per week and 0.5 of nandrodec twice per week.

week 5 and I'm struggling with wanting to sleep a lot. often sweaty, feverish and feeling cold even in this hot English summer. a lot of pins and needles ib in arms and legs.

really struggling to motivate myself and actually feeling a little depressed if I'm honest.
wondering what I'm doing wrong. I am the guy who researched the entire pros and cons, sides and benefits of this cycle and I figured it was low risk and am left feeling stupid and confused.
will this pass and if not can anyone suggest a way out, do I go into pct or run in something else?

I'd be really grateful for some guidance as I didn't see this coming.

oh and I've gyno ☹️ will this pass without drugs as cycle progresses

thanks for all the advice guys. if this post does anything let's hope that it helps other novices really respect what that tiny little bottle can do, good or bad. can't see someone for blood work until 1st July.

my 2018 cycle was test e 300mg- 1ml x2 per week and boldebone 0.5 x2 per week

same cycle in 2019 and in both occasions absolutely no side effects.

is it safe just to slip into that mid test c and nandrolone that I'm currently on or do I need to stop pct and start again next year? hoping the former option is safe and I can move to the tried and tested cycle that was without issues!

thanks again all

You are having bad side effects, you have gyno, this cycle is not going well. I would bail on it and regroup and come back later and run a more informed cycle for which you are prepared. This is only going to get worse the longer it goes on. That nandrolone is a real bitch for recovery. That is probably one of the most suppressive steroids out there. Doesn't matter that you were only doing 1ml/wk of it. Just a single mi of it has shown to completely shut a person down for an entire month. You are going to need to do a strong PCT anytime you use a 19-nor, especially nandrolone. Get your PCT lined up and follow up with bloodwork afterwards to make sure you have recovered.

You need to get bloodwork. End of story. Could be high estro, could be high prolactin, could be both. Who knows. Did you run an AI last cycle?

gyno is not going to pass as cycle progresses. It is only going to get worse. How bad is the gyno now?
Week 5 already, I would start taking some aromasin, 12.5 mg Ed, and get bloodwork ASAP or you will be wearing a bra by the end of this cycle.

I would check the E2 and T3, maybe progesterone too, but big suspicion on the ratio testo/ E2 and T3. Please give us a feed back if you intend to do a blood test.

I also think that it sounds like estrogen, though it’s hard to say since you didn't mention whether you are using an ai, or anything else to control estrogen conversion. The fact that you got gyno even though you aren’t taking an oral also makes me think high estrogen is the culprit. Blood test would take the guesswork out of it. If estrogen is out of range I would recommend an ai like arimidex or exemestane. Getting estrogen under control might take care of the gyno. If not you will need to do some research on gyno protocols, and deal with it proactively. There is some great info in these forums. As far as pins and needles in the arms, I always get that on cycle, especially the first month or so. I would think excess water retention from high estrogen would probably make it worse. I imagine it has to do with swelling impinging nerves, and/or blood flow. Stretching out my shoulders, and hot showers seem to help.

Get bloodwork done …:otherwise , all the info or advise given is just like throwing mud balls at a fiberglass boat…some stick, some don’t….( I’ve never thrown mud balls at a boat)…::being that your inexperienced with said compounds, and having issues that could be related to either compound, blood work is the only way to determine the next step…

This is exactly why pre, mid and end of cycle blood work is so important.
Especially when your new to this and haven’t figured your body’s reaction out.
Get a full panel with a female panel to check your estrogen.
Your really not running enough Deca to have prolactin sides imo.
But it’s all opinions without bloods...

Not going to take much deca to cause prolactin problems if estro is out of whack, which I think is probably going on here along with estro problems. Who knows though without bloodwork.
