+ 2 Lab results with questions!
So as some of you may know I have been struggling with my arimidex dose and dialing in estradiol. I'm on 500 mgs a week of test and at the 4th week I got bllld drawn:
Total test: 2,648
Free test: 47
Estradiol sensitive: There was an error and they couldn't get the results??? Wtf!! However I was showing all the signs of low e2, I was using arimidex at .25 every day. I am fairly certain it was low, joints hurt, no libido, zero pimples, no oily skin, etc. company said there was a mistake and they are giving me a voucher to retest( does my no good now!)
After this test I decided to get off the arimidex and let my estradiol rise in order to feel better. Wellll 6 days later my nipples began to burn and were puffy( I had gyno surgery once I know what gyno feels like) so the very next morning I got my e2 checked and it was:
Estradiol sensitive: 45 HIGH!
So I since went to .25mg adex every other day and nipples are fine now and libido is thru the roof, little oily skin, very stable mood I feel great!!!
Couple questions!
1. Is my test number low for shooting 500 mg a week? I once heard you should multiply your dose by 10 to get the total test number(roughly) if that's the case I'm more like using only 300 mg of test?
2. I'm going to switch test brands and try out another very good brand I've used In the past, and retest the testosterone and e2 now that I changed arimidex dose. However, how long should I wait to retest my testosterone after switching brands of test???
I'm worried that say the other brand I was using was only 300 mg, and this Brand is dosed more correctly and is 500 mg a week that my adex dose will need to be higher, but not sure on how long to wait before I get blood work!!!???

It's estradiol sensitive, discounted labs that uses lab corp, so I want to be about 20-25 that 45 level had my nipples burning and puffy
What was the e2 scale ?
45 is not that high ... running estro a little higher is not that bad imo id rather it run a little high than crash it ... i see no reason to adjust your ai or be that concerned
8-35 I wouldn't have worried if my nipples weren't puffy and my gyno lump flared up, I agree much rather have high estrogen then crashed
Well I got bloods because my nipples were puffy and burning and my gyno lumps were swollen so that 45 is a little too high for me. Probably 20-25 is my sweet spot
So if your gyno sensitive do what i do and add a low dose of nolvadex or try and get your estro in normal range ... considering your dose is only 500 you really shouldn't be having an issue must be very sensitive hope you get it sorted bro just my advice i have one nip that gives me issyes
Ya I actually have pharma ralox on its way because apparently nolva and SSRI don't work well because some enzyme? So I'll use some ralox but the puffy nipples have gone away since I started taking adex again but the lumps are a little more swollen.
Multiply it by 5 for a rough estimate. Your T levels are perfect for 500mg/wk.
Ok I just keep hearing they should be more like 4-5,000?
NotNatural23Makwa is a great well informed and smart eroids and I listen to him alot. But each person is gonna be different and for me I am on the higher end of the test range I think with 500 you should be over 3000 for sure. But maybe some peoples receptors aren't as sensitive as others. Some might get 200 mgs and get 1000 total test but that same person takes 400mgs of test and gets a 2800 total test. each and every person is gonna have different results on different doses. This is me and me only and not suggesting anything but I like proviron with me test cause my free numbers are awesome on it one time had 982 total test and 783 free test.
I am not sure why people are thinking that 2500 is low for 500mg/wk. People pulling 3k and I have even seen people claiming 5k on that dose are most likely pinning overdosed test. Pretty common for many UGL to do that. They can then claim "hey my test is best, look at these numbers!"

The numbers posted on that study are the lowest (nadir) on once a week pinning.
I've done lots of bloods on at least a half dozen ugls and for catching a peak level at 24 hours in used to seeing 7x.
Based on weekly dose with 2 pins per week.
But that's just me.

You actually want to pull bloods while in the trough. The Doc always bases adjusting doses on the trough and not the peak. People need to be real specific when pulling bloods because it will deviate a fair bit depending on time of last time. For an individual to determine how he responds to test the bloods need to be pulled at a consistent time after last pin. Otherwise they will be all over the place.
X2...you can pull at 6 weeks...when levels stabilize on the dose and frequency administered...and the trough should be 30 min before the next dose...then a peak could be bloods 1 hour after.
Id guess peak to be 24 to 36 hours after a pin of long ester
Yep the stable peak, right before it trends down. It's seen in the lab software program better with 1 x weekly injections...not saying that 1 x weekly injections are better, either...too much of a peak, but there is a trending up after the injection. That's why docs used sustanon, initially, to treat test issues, which keeps the levels a little more stable.
Awesome link brother thank you! So on 500 mgs of test I need to run about .25 mg of adex every other day. I'll retest next week and see exactly where .25 mg every other day puts me, but I am tell you .25 ed made me feel like shit with night sweats and no libido along with joint pain and a terrible mood. Prob .25 eod to .25 e3d tops
