Lab Results Help With Estrogen

All posting this in the PCT & Anti Estrogens forum but not on PCT as of yet.
I am a 46 year old male who is 7 weeks into a 12 week cycle. Cycle is as follows:
Weeks 1-7 600mg of test cyp and 300mg of EQ
Weeks 7 and 8: 600mg of Test cyp, 300mg of EQ, and 50mg/eod of winni
Weeks 9-12: 300mg of EQ (stopping after week 10) 100mg/eod of Te3st Prop, and 50mg/eod of winni
Taking Arimidex .5mg/eod
Additionally I do 22mg of test cyp and 500 units of HCG weekly as part of my TRT therapy.
Recently I have been feeling a bit bloated and off so I had my labs done.
The results came back at 3000+ for test and estrogen at 374.
I believe the spread between test and estrogen is correct but the 374 is way too high.
questions:
- I have elevated my arimidex to.5mg/ED (effectively doubling the dosage) - do I need to dose more?
- I do not have enough arimidex to last me and have procured Aromasin. Any recommendations how much of that I should take?

Why run the winni 50mg eod what is the reasoning behind that? You would not be keeping very stable blood levels. Are u running oral or injectable. Injectable half life is about 24 hours and oral is 9 hours. If running injectable i would still use ed. And if oral I would try to break up dosages at least 2x daily
That is a test of E2 and E1 in males. But understand this you don't want it high as E1 can convert to E2. 600 mg of testosterone without an AI will raise E2 and read on average from 75-100 pg/ml.
Total estrogens. My results below.
Never had estrogen problems before and not overly convinced that I have estrogen problems. Maybe my paranoia is running away with me. However, I do believe that I am retaining water or puffy. For trt I take 220mg of test cyp, 500 units of HCG, and .5mg or arimidex. This keeps my test at 800 (low side) and estrogen at about 30.
This is not my first cycle but first test cycle in a few years. No tren

Ok. Total estrogen is kind of a worthless thing. Estrone and estriol are almost inactive especially when compared to estradiol. You need to know your estradiol aka e2 number to evaluate if you are having estrogen problems.

The above link will show you a false reading on estradiol from tren and let you know why I brought it up. If you see it is labeled as estradiol and that is the value you need to know.
Is that total estrogens or just the more commonly estradiol number? I would say if you have a 374 pg/ml reading for estradiol you are either running tren or pregnant. The pregnant thing is obviously a joke but the tren is from it causing false readings with eclia Roche method. With that testosterone dosage and blood serum levels combined with the massive adex dose I just have a hard time believing it. Is this your first cycle? Have you ever had estro problems like this? How much AI do you take from TRT? You cycle doses aren't that much higher then your TRT.

I would start the Aromasin dosage and 12.5mg ED and adjust either up or down from there if need be.
I run aromasin at 6.25mg ED, if estro symptoms persist (depends on what I'm running and how much) I'll bump it to 12.5ED
They say it's got a 24-30hour half life in women and some speculate it's less in men. So that's why I run ED. Seems most people do 25mg EoD. It really depends on your body.
The only way you'll really know proper dosage is bloods, symptoms are just cues and not always accurate.

No speculation aromasin has a half life of right under 9 hrs in males. Proven in medical studies.

Apologize - should have mentioned my symptoms:
Seem to be retaining some water especially around my mid-section
Some facial changes - not moon face per say but just some differences
