I'm think My estro is to low and I need some help.

Whats up fellas it's been a minute since I posted .
I'm usually pretty good about keeping my estro and test balanced but I recently got some Letrozole and I'm thinking I took to much .
I'm talking serious lethargy and depression along with itchy scalp to the point its driving me nuts , are there any ways I can get my estro back into balance or do I just need to wait for my body to fix it .?

Have you looked into boosting your levels with HCG?
I'm out of HCG at the moment .

Yeah I'm just TRT at the moment and I usually take a bit of Arimidex every other day but I got some Letro and figured what the hell and yeah I will not be doing that again because damn it Nuked all the estro in my system .

I would just wait out the recalibration of hormones.
Probably best advice. Otherwise you start playing yo-yo with estro and you are never in equilibrium which makes life miserable. To easy to go from one extreme to the other, especially while on TRT.

He does not really have an option, has nothing else, trying to jack his estrogen back up when it is crashed (which he is just guessing btw) is not the right move. You want estrogen in range not yo yoing low and high.
Usually less than two weeks, he will be fine, lesson learned. He needs bloods to really know though.
I wasn’t aware it’s usually less than two weeks, I speculated it to be around 4-6. If that’s the case, then I agree with your approach.
We are all really speculating brother, I cannot say anything 100%, hopefully OP gets some bloods

Ok good i've got some inject Dbol , this estro crash sucks I've never had it happen before but damn it's pure pain.
If its Injectable you need to pin more mg's than you would in tabs as it doesn't hit as hard I find - Go for 50 to 60mg's.
