Help with PCT

Looking for suggestions and tips on running a PCT...I am about to begin my 3rd cycle and have only ever used HCG for PCT (not really sure how effective it is, a buddy told me to use it). I have never ran an obscene amount of gear, usually just 40mg Anavar/day and Test 400 at about 800 mg/week. I am going injection only this time running 300 mg Test P and 500 mg Test E/week. What would you suggest?

I know this was on PCT, but why Test P and E? Are you just kickstarting with the Test P, or you don't have enough of either for a cycle, what?

I like the short term effects of the Prop and the long term effects of the E. That is why I was running Test 400 before...I wanted to get more prop this time for a kick without having to inject more E.

Keep the HCG in your protocol. your balls will appreciate it. Also follow what hard luck said about the clomid and nolvadex as well. but you dont want to start those until at least 2 weeks after your last injection. HCG run 500iu every day for 10 days starting the day after your last injection.

i would run the hcg starting from week one at 250iu x2 per week all the way up until pct that way it keeps your boys on stand by

OK. HCG is easy and pretty cheap so that is no biggie. I usually wait until about week 6 to start the HCG but I will try this time from the start. Appreciate all the help guys.

Won't hcg run that long cause total shutdown and slow recovery with pct? Oversaturation of same pathways?

As long as you dont blast the HCG every day you will be ok. like gorillfit said do it every day adt the end of your cycle for a few days.

I don't think so. I've seen a bit of info stating its better to keep the "boys" productive the whole way then try to restart them at the end. They were saying extended use could eventually cause a desensitizing though. I ran 250iu/d for the last 3-4 weeks of my cycle and it worked well, Full and Functional.
