I finished my test c only cycle and pct about two weeks ago and I'm still having a lot of pimples on my back. Is this cause my estro is still high? I'll get getting my post cycle blood work in a couple weeks . But in the meantime is there anything that will help. Should I take aro or will that make it worse. Any help would be appreciated .

African black soap will help a lot until you get bloods, can buy it at Wally World for around 8 bucks. Tanning also helps with it. Most likely your estro is high. Did you run adex or aro for cycle ai? If adex, your estro is rebounding during pct...
I used adex but switched over to aro during pct but I don't think I took it as often as I should have. Do u think I shoud take it now or just wait for blood Results ?
Many times it is your estro. Bloods is the only way to tell. An AI (aromasin) is what you need during pct. most of the time it controls your acne.

It's just one of those things that comes with steroids, at least for some folks.
Wash you back with nizoral shampoo, and use Retin A

After PCT things should start clearing up
bigmurphBloods are definitely important but the acne could also be caused by bacteria on your back thats where medications like doxycyline or tetracycline come in and you get these from your dermatologist.
At 35 though I believe it probably has something to do with your blood work being out of wack.

Get your bloods checked like yesterday It may very well be estrogen, dht or other outta whack. And obviously you want to see how you are recovering.

You are and so you should do it again (maybe 6 weeks later) but given you've got an issue best to check now. Make sure you test for DHT as well as everything else.
Is DHT included in the female hormone panel?
I don't know I'm UK based.
Oh ok I have bw posted I got done in the past . I don't see anything that says DHT but I thought that this panel was all I needed. I already orders and and am on way . If it's not I'll have to go back tomorrow
You'll have to find a different panel to get DHT. the basic female panel does not include.
