Help adjusting ai during cycle
Just began week 4 of a 12 week cycle of 500mg test e and a 100mg test p kicker. I started Aromasin at 12.5 eod on week 2 because nips started getting a little itchy but it could of just been me getting paranoid. Mid way through yesterday my left wrist started getting soar, I figured it was just from my morning workout but by this morning it was super stiff and a sharp pain. Now it's half way through my day
And my left elbow is starting to get stiff and soar. I didn't tweak anything working out and it's just kind of out of no where. I'm thinking my estro is getting to low. Should I lower my dose of Aromasin to 6.25 eod? Or is that not even an effective dose? Or can I stop it all together until I start to notice high estro signs since Aromasin has no Estro rebound? I will be getting my mid cycle blood work done in a few weeks but I'd like to fix this befor it starts hurting my training.

mr127superdeei would consider dropping the aromasin for 3 days and starting arimidex at .50mg e3d aromasin works great if your body can handle it and is a nightmare for people who the chemical doesnt agree with some people like myself just have to cycle without ever using aro and sticking to adex
cdaddy7Drop it back to 6.25mg EOD...bc that estro level will creep up on you quick...if you continue to have problems with the low estro signs then stop it but I would have bllodwork done before I just stopped it...too late when gyno starts and just bc you dont have signs of elevated estro doesnt mean you dont bc I have 3 guys I am dealing with and others lately that have or has had astronomical estro levels and they didnt even know it until too late
Id drop the ai for awhile you dont wanna kill your estro. If you start to notice high estro symptoms start back at 6.25 eod and.adjust if needed.
