Could be a 5 panel, 7, panel 12 panel test; each panel representing a metabolite that’s tested for - marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, alcohol (not usually on employers test, only on probation/parole test), etc. Additionally, employment tests are usually only 5 panels.
Only if they are giving you a pregnancy test. Even then, you'd only get in trouble if you didn't identify as being a pregnant woman.
