so im into my first month of russian dianabol, 35mgs a day. no itchy nipple or lumps behind it. but i do notice my nipples getting slightly bigger, and my right one seems to be getting sucked in just a bit tho? or am i just being paranoid?

your nips will feel a little sore just from the dianabol, its normal just estrogen. up some adex like jpal said and if it gets worse up it to 1 mg a day for a 3-4 days see how that works.
what happens before i get a lump behind the nipple? and what should i feel fore? i know thats when i start nolva hard. and really thanks.
wait also you said your first month dbol is not supposed to be ran longer than a month

personally i think your fine, nipple sensitivity is common before you get gyno, actually as i type this i just stopped to feel my own...lol...little sensitive, just monitor it and maybe order some clomid or nolva just in case things get worse. It may even be you getting paranoid
