+ 1 Endocrinologist pct protocol

ad

Hey guys so I'm 25 years old 6'3" 230 lbs. I started my first cycle Feb 2015 of test e @500mg per week 12weeks. Second cycle I decided to get in the best shape possible for my weeding. July 2015 I ran 600mg test e, 600mg eq until nov 2015 then dropped everything for 1 month. December 2015 I started 600mg test e, 400mg tren e. I dropped the tren in Feb 2016 then in may I started back tren e @400mg with 100mg anavar. Dropped the var 4 weeks later in june then picked up 80mg winstrol for 4 more weeks. I was also running t3 and clen the from may to july. I dropped everything july 1st except test which i lowered to 250mg per week. Did test only for two weeks then came off that mid July. Got married went on a two week honeymoon as soon as I came back 14 days last injection I started 50mg clomid ed, 20mg nolva for 4 weeks, and 1250 iu hcg 2x per week for 4 weeks....2 weeks into my pct I started getting low libido, no sexdrive, erectile disfunction, depression. These problems got wrose instead of improving. Went to doc 8/31/16 got labs my test came back at 51ng which is super low and this was after my 4 week pct and another 3 more weeks. DOC put me on 200mg test cyp per week and sent me to a endocrinologist because I want to come off and be back to my natural self and have children. Today was my appointment. Doc was very nice and really wants to help. I told him everything in depth, told him I was uneducated and dumb but I have learned my lesson the hard way and just want to be able to use my story to educate young men that might decide to go down the path I took. I regret it all and know it was dumb so you can hold hat part in if you want to tell me how dumb it truely was. So from there my doc said we need to stop the shot and put me on androgel. The norm is 2 pumps but only use 1 pump per day. Also 25g clomid everyday. I checkup in 1 month. He checked my nuts and said I had no atrophy so I should be just fine in time. HE said the gel is easier to come off of than the shot and we will slowly cut that out once the clomid kickstarts my pituitary. He said not to stress because it will be a ruff few months but I will bounce back no problem. Any input from anyone else? Hopen this may help someone else that did a crazy long cycle not knowing the outcome.

Get better and recover, bro... Smile

Maybe I'm reading this wrong but it looks o me like you did 4-5 cycles with only a month in between. That's going to take a while to recover from because you basically ran a cycle the whole time.

HCG is used the last month on a cycle to turn your bus back on BEFORE you come off the gear, not after. Plus him saying th gel is easier to come off of is bs. Clomid while on test also makes zero sense to me...

I believe you will recover from this. But it will not be enjoyable my friend

I do have easy access to hcg, hmg, and clomid...I was just going to take his advice because he seemed confident in getting me back to normal. IF anyone has any pct suggestions I'll look into them if I'm not satisfied with how my follow ups go with my endo.

You are under the care of an endo so listen to what he says and don't deviate from that. Unless he approves it, don't go taking something without him knowing. It is foolish to do so otherwise.

I would add to this. Do your homework. Research and try to understand why the endo is prescribing what he is. Also do not be bashful about asking questions, requesting info and sharing what you have learned on your own with your endo. Work as a team. It's your body! Some of these guys are only text book smart with no real world experience.

I actually had to bring in a notebook when I met with my urologist. I had so many questions that I couldn't keep track of them all in my head and had to write them down. This site really gave me the knowledge to formulate all of these questions to be answered. Good point to always come in prepared and get a full explanation from from the doc on how and why is prescribing what he is doing.

I was the same. My doc and I have had some interesting conversations. He's lightened up since meeting me and I've toned down. I've shared my personal bloods with him and he was shocked that I was so healthy while on cycle. Same time he's had to bitch slap me and say I told you so when my lipids where horrible after a heavy run Tren. It's a good synergy.

I can post blood work later but my levels 7 weeks after pct was 51ng test. LH was .4 fsh .7 then I started 200mg test and got bloods done 5 weeks after starting and was a little under 1100ng and my lh fsh was both below .1

He said once the clomid kickstarts the pituitary he will take me off the gel. I asked about hcg and he said he doesn't want to try that right now because in almost all his cases he has been able to get people who abused AAS back on with just clomid.

Oh boy.. sounds like a really mess.. smh.

Where to start. As long as your using any type of exogenous testosterone you have no shot of recovery ever.

You need to do some research. HCG should be run prior to pct as it can also be suppressive to natural testosterone production.

Look into a power pct and report back with questions.

Do you have any blood work you can post up?

My endo pulled this androgel nonsense with me. Granted, I'm not looking to come off but it doesn't make sense to be administering androgel and clomid simultaneously.

Yeah I've gotta look into this. Doesn't make sense to me either. It's essentially a "cross taper". But I've never seen it used in this context. Maybe a low amount of androgel will keep The body just below homeostasis, functioning near normal, while the clomid targets LH production?
