Effect of aromasin while taking letro/adex

Will aromasin destroy aromatase that has already been temporarily bound to letrozole or anastrozole? That is, do these ai's bind to the same areas on aromatase or not and will the aromasin displace them, rendering them permanently non-functional?

once an enzyme is bound, it will not rebind until the first bond has been released. therefore and to answer your question: no. the idea of taking aromasin following adex or letro is to begin binding to the enzymes that are being released once the active life of letro or adex has expired.
those are the facts. care to elaborate on why you're asking this sort of question?
Basically, I have been using letro as my AI for months. The dose has been too high but I have difficulty titrating it to the proper amount. Plus my hdl is low. I have aquired some pharma aromasin and want to stop the letro immediately and initiate the aromasin at the correct time and dose to destroy the flood of rebound aromatase before it converts all my andro to estro and turns my mole hills into mountains. I was hoping the aromasin could start killing the letro-bound aromatase before it dissociates.
I stopped the letro for a few days and have started taking 25 mg aromasin eod.
Letro is way too strong for an on-cycle estrogen regulator. It should only be used when estrogen has become out of control to a point where a high dose of aromasin will be insufficient. Example: gyno flares.
Aromasin dose is too high also. 12.5 EOD is where you should start. 25 mg will give a similar effect to letro, only a bit slower. You need to control that estrogen within normal ranges, not nuke it.
The strength of letro is dose dependant. There is no reason why low doses can not be used as a regular ai. The aromasin is being used initially at that amount to counteract the letro rebound flood of aromatase. I have found it really difficult to dial-in on the right ai dose to keep estrogen around 30.
honestly if letro works for you thats cool (you are one of the FEW). I would keep nolvadex on hand and use that when you discontinue letro so it will block estrogen if there is any rebound. But other than that you should be cool
Yeah, I wish I had some nolva. Just ran out. I used the rest of it for a recent letro rebound where I reduced the dose and had a resultant e2 level of 285. That's one reason I stopped the damned letro. That and my HDL - which my doctor said was "oddly low". I stopped it on monday and have been bombarding myself with aromasin (name brand.) Soon I'll drop it to normal and get some more tests done. Concerned about reducing my estradiol too low for too long, as well. Among other things, estrogen is neuroprotective.

If an enzyme is bound, then the aromasin will find another enzyme to bind to!
As to whether the aromasin will replace them or not, can't know for sure. It would more likely find a new enzyme to bind to before replacing an already bound enzyme.
Why would you take more than one AI anyways? This is overkill and just going to cause a strong imbalance.
