AnonNo bro a serm just tricks ur body to think there is no estrogens in u so then it interrups the negative feedback loop and makes ur pituitary secrete more LH then the LH goes to the Testiss where the Leydig cells conver LH to Testosterone BUT since u have a SERM in u and ur body thinks there is no Estrodoil, Then Aromatase enzyme goes crazy and starts converting testosterone to estrodoil.
