Shoulders hurt

ad

Man, anytime I lay down, my whole arms, both of em, fall asleep or go numb, and hurt like hell. It's not as bad if I stay flat on my back with my arms just flat next to me.... But as soon as I curl up or get comfy in any way I'm in mad pain within minutes.
Im at the end of my first cycle. Week 10 of test only. 600 mg/week and Adex .25 eod. I'm 32, 5'10", 205lbs, 10-15%

Just wanted to throw out there: I had a lot of shoulder pain and couldn't sleep certain ways, etc. Lot of the stuff you said. I just started adding rotator cuff exercises in on my furthest from shoulder workout. I still get occasional numbness down to my hand/thumb if I sit certain ways but the pain is gone.

I have had two rotator cuff sugeries while in the army. I put the pain away for years, I fianally decided to have an MRI. Two torn supersatis tendens in both shoulders. My point is its all great working throught the pain bro isnt gonna be worth it in the long run.Have it checked. I was out 6months and now im better than ever, But the tought its ALWAYS on my mind.
I also had experience with Test 1 cyp. It made my underarms feel like fire.I got up and it went away.
Hope you get well,

Off topic from your question, but there is a world of a difference between 10% bf and 15%. Good luck with your shoulder and take it easy.

where you pinning delts at all?

That sucks brother. I've been there before with shoulder pain. Wake up in the middle of the night and had to use my left arm to move right arm. For me it was tight muscles, causing pressure on on my nerves and restrictions proper blood flow. Pins and needles when my arm(s) were above my head. (I like to sleep with my hands behind my head)

Anyway. Stretches helped a lot. I eventually had to do home therapy exercises that I received from a PT friend. I would Google "frozen shoulder" or "shoulder impingement" exercises. (I'm not diagnosing you, this is just a place to start)
Good luck brother

shoulder impingement

BINGO.

Invest in a lacrosse ball nox. And roll the shit out of your rear and medial delts. HARD. Get especially deep into the rear delts till you feel it in the rotator cuff. You'll know when it gets in there deep enough. This will alleviate a lot of your issues. Been there done that a million times over. Stretching will help a bit but don't over do it. Especially do not stretch before lifting.

Things NOT to do

Behind the neck anything.
Behind the neck pulldowns, barbell press, and shy away from double hand cable pulldowns. These will worsen your issues. If you like to do upright rows, do them with a very wide grip and make sure your form is downright impeccable. Close grip will fudge you more, as will shit form. Good luck!

X2 good post bird...I had an impingement last year and stopped doing up right rows entirely in favor of a variation that can be done with dumbbells. Just search for it on YouTube. The problem with upright rows is that when you get to the top of the motion, the weight is below your wrists, causing strain in your shoulder tendons to hold the weight. I couldn't lay on my left side for the better part of 6 months WITH a cortisone shot so make sure you see a physician ASAP, it's not worth putting it off trust me friend.

Yup! Foam roller is good too.

I do upright rows with dumbbells, barbells can be to restrictive, but dumbbells allow more range of motion with out the pressure on your shoulder girdle. You can start narrow and move wider as you elevate the weights.
Just my 2 cents (actually, it's my second comment, so it's more like 4 cents...)
