Boost natural test after shutdown from poor cycles
Sorry in advance new to this.
In the last I’ve cycled (poorly) T400, Anavar a few times got big but fat don’t diet properly got to 17stone, crazy strength but yeh looked and felt unhealthy. Since I’ve dieted I’m now 14.5 play football every week, 3 gym sessions and eating better but lost all previous gains and strength has severely reduced.
The biggest issue is I’m shut down, low libido, low mojo is there any way to increase natural test and get things back on track without super expensive options, before I think of cycling again (properly this time)
I’ve been looking at clomid, hcg and others but I’m worried about the potential gyno as I’m very susceptible.
Ultimately my question is, OTC test boosters are crap is there a combo I can take to boost natural test without the estrogen issues or hurting sex drive further.

You need to do PCT. (Post Cycle Treatment) You did poor cycles and never did the pct so now you need to try and get that shit started. Hopefully you did some blood work so you know your test level and what not but I doubt it. Nolvadex prevents gyno my friend.
Clomid 100mg a day for two weeks, then 50mg a day for two weeks
Nolvadex 40mg a day for two weeks, then 20mg a day for two weeks.
Hopefully you are then restarted. You may need to hit yourself with 1000 iu of HCG twice in a week. It will get the balls flowing.
Dont worry about estrogen, if it creeps up take some anastrozole or get some on hand. This should be a lesson learned for you.
Why clomid instead of enclo?
You can probably use either, clomid has enclo in it and is cheaper. Medically, clomid is FDA approved and enclomophine is not. I dont know anyone that used enclo for PCT, maybe try it out sometime.

Though I did think Clomid 50mg a day for 4 weeks and Nolva 2 would be enough, you think it needs more?

You need to do as mentioned above on dosage that is PCT, you are shut down this should restart you. You run the Nolvadex and Clomid at the same time. 4 weeks total, then you can just stop. If for some reason you still cannot get your balls to work then it's time to get some HCG and do some big dosages, but that can wait. Just see if the PCT works first.
Hi, so just an update I decided to do Anavar cycle, been on 50 and about to increase for last 3 weeks. In terms of puffy nipples it’s slightly sensitive. Now I’m going to start your PCT when I finish but I do have some Aromasin should I use this before PCT or stay away from it. And to clarify I start PCT the day after last dose of var. thank you.
@Aggieguy hey bro I decided to disregard all advice about pct when I already have zero knowledge and am probably setting myself up to fail with skewed hormones for life.
2 months ago your test was already out of wack/asking about PCT’s (if you even get bloodwork) and you got “let’s do an anavar cycle” from that???

I will never understand how or why people so ignorant just choose to throw drugs into their systems. Especially when it’s stuff like these super harsh PCT drugs and steroids.

It was about 6 months ago and yes I was shut down or felt shut down but decided to do the Anavar and it’s going well but I know I need PCT after it especially now after the first advice. Sorry I didn’t take it at the time, my new question is on top of following your original advice is there any benefit to using aromasin first like a week before I stop. Sorry for not taking your original advice straight away but I don’t wanna screw up any further.
Yeah I give up, I gave advice and on to more roids they go and didn't even let their body reset or anything.
