Basic Letro help

Gday fellas just wanted to ask for some basic rules regarding letro. Iv got a decent gyno on one side from using gear when I was an ignorant kid and now I want to have a go at shrinking it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Get an E2 blood test. See where your levels of Estro are then dose accordingly!
Would start with male and female hormones blood work first to see where you are
However if gyno has been there for a long time, there is a good chance you may have to see the doc.
Probably self medicating is not the best solution in your case

Thanks boss. Just another thing with letro, once you’ve finished with it do you have to take anything else to get your estrogen levels back to where they need to be or will it level out on its own?
Increased estradiol levels is the main cause for gyno in the first place.
Letrozole is an aromatise inhibitor that is normally used to lower the estradiol levels.
