Arimidex vs. exemostane

Hey folks I had a question, does anyone here have experience with exemostane? I have some but nervous to try it because I've read that it permanently inhibits you estrogen production. Does anyone know where I could find a good study to read on this subject? Ty in advance!

AnonExemestane doesn't permanently inhibit estrogen production. It neutralizes the aromatase enzyme, your body will produce more over time, that's why you have to keep taking it. The aromatase enzyme does take a few weeks to bring your Estrogen levels back to a good range if you use too much Asin for too long, I assume it's the actual enzyme level that takes a while to get back up because Asin works pretty quickly to reduce it. I've personally experienced it, it's not pleasant. But it won't ever completely take your estrogen to 0, you can hammer it close to zero, but you need something like letro to really hit the bottom.

Aromasin is a suicidal AI and Arimidex is a non suicidal AI, this means that Aromasin binds to the aromatizing enzyme and kills it, while Arimidex binds to it and simply disables it, but does not kill the enzyme. Either works imo because it’s a matter of dose, takes too much of either and you’re fucked for a good minute. Yes arimidex is safer technically but I believe someone should chose one in the beginning of cycling and learn how their body reacts to AIs and get their estrogen under control, this will be shown by test dose to AI dose ratio and the following blood work. Track your bloods and see when changes are needed. Also make sure you track your lipids cause AI mess with lipids hard, so it’s important to know you’re not shooting your lipids into the ground. Kind of got off track but I hope you understand my point
