guys I'm in my first cycle of Test E 250*twice with D-bol 20mg * 4 weeks. SO Anyways i'm in my 2nd week . And i havent got any visible Sides yet. No pimples nor bloting from d-bol nor Any puffy Nip.SO I just wana know i Have Arimidex In hand Shall i start it right away ? Or should i wait for sides To pop Up ? i was thinkin of using 0.5mg E3D to keep the EStro in control but then startin readin threds sayin Only use it whn u get Sides As it my effect the gains. So What shall i do ?

next time my suggestion is get exemstane over arimidex. Personally, I wait for the compounds to start kicking in before I take anything for estro, but Dbol creates what is known as methylestradiol and has a greater affinity to binding to breast tissue as well as having a long half-life compared to natural estrogen. The reason I suggest exemestane is because it's more potent than arimidex and is a different kind of A.I. The difference is that it won't effect you lipid profiles negatively like arimidex does.
That's right bro, methylestradiol formation is apart of the dbol process, its stronger than regular estrogen, just as methyltestosterone is more potent than normal test. Adex is good and is normally effective but if you want to rid the e2 for good, aromasin will do the job there as it's irreversible.
the other thing people need to consider with arimidex is its slight negative effect on hdl/ldl levels. aromosin works differently and doesn't effect those profiles.

Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkAnonenanthate is a long acting ester. the compound paired with it will take time to both enter the blood stream and build up to an active level. you may not begin to see noticable sides until week 4-6 with test e.
first off, i wanna say that you're a bit more out in the deep end than you need to be for your first cycle. you should really take your time with the compounds and learn not only how you react to the compound and its ester but also how to run them successfully. there are so many variations of test only cycles, and these will yeild better results than a lot will give credit.
your dose of dbol is too low as it is.. as far as sides go, you should be noticing something by now if 1) your dosing is appropriate and 2) your gear is legit. personally, i'd drop the dbol and get some prop for the end of your cycle. search the site for "new first timer cycle" by massive. this is a topic devised by he and i, which will break down the reasoning behind incorporating the prop at the end. save the dbol for your next cycle and run it at 50mg/ed. right now, do a test only with a test prop taper leading you into pct.
now, as for the AI... once again taking into consideration that the enanthate ester takes time to build up to an active level, you will want to time your AI incorporation with this. enanthate has a half life of approx 14 days. this means that 14 days after the injection, the administered dose will have reached a peak, or max, level. 250 is not a lot, so you may not notice much change once the first pin has peaked. the second pin will peak later the same week as the first. now you're closer to 500. the third will peak the following week. at this point, you're reaching a level that can pose some negative reactions in terms of aromatization bc the test levels are beginning to elevate. therefore, by week 3, you should be incorporating you AI so as to gain control over this aromatization (estrogen synthesis) before sides manifest. estrogen sides are much easier to control than they are to counteract.

Adex is .25e3d. Second...dump that dbol! It's great for making titties if ya want me to visit...jk. But ONE roud at a time so you're prepared. Dbol for unexperienced folks...go get a bra because it will give you titts!
Adex! .25e3d....if bloat or nips .25eod.....if still sensitive .5eod and get real adex or aromasin asap! Because .5eod not working...ya got bunk.
