Anti E's..Before VS During

what do you guys prefer to do? use your anti e's during test or any other aromatizing steroid, before you feel any side effects just to be safe, or wait until you feel side effects to start?
i also read that anti e's can slow gains a bit, anyone else ever hear this?

AnonI Anti E on my first pin. Agreed what may be "lost" is accurate at 2% and that 2% is just water anyway. I have made my best quality gains looking lean and hard while on Adex Mon, Wed, Fri @ 1mg.
AnonI dont wait for gyno anymore, this cycle i am at 11 weeks and had 0 sensitivity i have forgot what gyno is. All my cycles after this are going to be the same. Whats the point of letting estrogen go high even for a day in a cycle? I think the whole loosing gains cause of the AI has been blown at of proportion, you loose like 2% of the gains
so you used anti e's before you felt any gyno?
AnonI started the AI's from day one and havent felt any gyno signs at day 75. Better get into a routine than wait for the gyno. If you do wait for it make sure you hit the AI on the first sign of gyno you get.
I am midway through my 2nd cycle of 500 test e and EQ per week and Dbol ED 6 weeks. My nipples are slightly sensitive/sore. Would it be your opinion I should start hitting the Nolva then?
I was just holding off as long as possible but curious if that is the wrong move?
AnonNo need to hold off even for a day. I would suggest you hit 40mg of nolva asap. Nolva reduces igf 1 so expect to feel like shit and to loose your motivation while on it. Dont you have any adex? Keep taking the nolva for the time you are taking the dbol.
I am online ordering Adex right now! Only on 2nd cycle and I jus believed it to be very mild and no need to hit the AIs till after cycle. I just ran Nolva after first cylce of jus Test E. Never ran into any sides really. After reading your comments it got me thinking since I feel it a bit more this cycle. I'm done with Dbol in 1 week. I can get adex here in a couple days on rush. What you think about starting the Adex soon as I get it on like Tues. of next week and hold starting the Nolva till actual PCT?
AnonDont know really it all depends on your bodys capacity towards estrogen. Some people can live with insanely high estrogen without problems others develop gyno sometimes overnight even. If you have run the dbol for 5 weeks now and you havent flared up i dont think you will have issues the last week. Personally i wouldnt let them hurt even for a day, cause i have flared up from dbol before. Do you find it hard maintaining an erection? Do you feel as if you are going to pee just before ejaculation? If you got high estrogen sides hit the adex whenever you get it.
Much better to hold on the nolva and take the adex instead it wont affect your gains/mood at all.

No I am good on all mentioned above, in fact a bit of the opposite. LOL
Like I said sensitivity/sorenss is very minor, in fact during certain times of the day I can't feel it at all. It's weird, feel it in the morn and goes away during the day at times. I'm gonna go ahead though and hit the Adex soon as I get it. It looks as though it definitely won't hurt and take away what little discomfort I may get.
When I finish the cycle should I stop Adex and hit the Nolva as usual for PCT?

AnonIf you are the opposite means you are just about right. The best way to gauge these things is from your sexual health. The reason you feel it in the morning is cause we go high on estrogen during our sleep. Finish the adex a couple of days before pct and do your normal pct it doesnt affect it.
