anybody get low libido from anti estrogens like adex or letrozole? i heard it happens often.
so how do you guys get your libido back?

tribulus and maca is very good at increase lipido . clomid and proviron could kick our lipido as well . thats what ı do for it ..
could someone tell me what causes the lack of libido? is it just low test? because then couldnt some hcg help this?
AnonYou can have over 3000 total test running arround your body and still have low libido. Some people (like me) respond much better on low test doses as far as libido goes. As far as the AI's go the main incredient of letro will cause lack of libido by default. If you are eating sat fats all day long that will have an effect in your libido as well, so diet is another factor. You are not giving us much info to help you out. What are you on, how much are you on? Are you on any 19nors? You have to gauge if it is due to high estrogen which is usually the case, or if it is due to very low estrogen which will happen only with letro or high doses of adex >1mg ed. Marginally low estrogen will not cause lack of libido, marginally high estro will, estrogen is 10 times more suppresive than test. I suggest you switch to tprop if you want your libido to be always high and ofc control your estrogen throughout.
AnonFollow the prior information posted below. Drop your dose and/or frequency. And yes I know this issue too well. For me the Proviron works for the hard dick but not the drive and talk about dull orgasms on Provi.....hopefully you won't experience that but if you do . . .you know whats up.

AnonFor letrozole i found that with 2.5mg ed my libido would drop to the floor. But if i switched that to 1.25mg ed i had 0 problems. I think it is all about finding the dose that works for you. Like go deep said if you have to take letro at 2.5mg ed proviron works a dream. High estrogen has similar effect as low estrogen in your libido so make sure it is low estrogen side you are dealing before lowering the dose. Dull orgasms are a good indicator of low estrogen
could hcg replace the proviron or would that not work?
AnonI assumed that you use hcg, if you were to take letro at full dose you would need both hcg and proviron. In a normal cycle with say adex hcg alone would boost your libido a lot. Make sure you use it on every cycle from now on. Problem with hcg after a while i kinda worksk for the first two days so if you are doing the shot e3.5d for arround 1.5d your libido will still be out of whack.
how much are you taking and to balance out against what compounds?
Proviron works like a mf'er
dbol and test prop
dbol 20 mg ed for 4 weeks
test prop 150 mg eod
Lowering the dose, and/or frequency...
