After several weeks of researching and brainstorming. GS9902, Zewi, and myself are proud to bring you a new regimen for post cycle therapy. **Special thanks goes out to FCVtec in this combo since he was the person who first told GS9902 that he ran Aromasin in his PCT. The research all points in the direction of the implementation of the use of Aromasin on cycle and into PCT. However, recognizing that everybody is different and taking into careful consideration the need for different dosages to meet that need, we came up with two options to fit your needs. Our goal is to bring you the best PCT to optimize retainment of your gains and minimize the possibility of post cycle depression related to the hormone imbalances. Furthering you into quicker recovery. Like I stated before, this is a model for you to follow and you might need to make adjustments to better fit your needs. Your input and criticism is welcomed because this was created for all of us to benefit from.

Aromasin 12.5mg Daily continuing the two weeks between last test shot and PCT
Week 1 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg Daily/Nolva 40 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg Daily/Nolva 40 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg Daily/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg Daily/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Zewi’s Ultimate Tweak PCT:
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD continuing the two weeks between last test shot and PCT
Week 1 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
You may consider running 6.25mg EOD on Weeks 1-4 if you feel 12.5mg is too strong. As suggested by Zewi..
Zewi explains the scientific reasoning as aromasin is strong, and if you respond well to it (like Zewi does)EOD works to keep my estro from dropping to low, while on Nova and clomid. aromasin has a half life of 27-32 hrs. So ever other day gives you that break.. You no longer worried about Test being converted, your just worried about clearing estro, so it is easier for you body to regulate----taking aromasin will make clomid job easier.
Clomiphene works by blocking estrogen at the pituitary. The pituitary sees less estrogen, and makes more LH. More LH means that the Leydig cells in the testis make more testosterone.
So by taking aromasin in PCT you are blocking that extra estro making it an easier job for clomid cause there is less estro floating around.

AnonThe reason they aren't per se for novices are due to the fact that everyone is different in the bodies receptiveness to the compounds. Some guys may be allergic to any of these compounds. It was meant for users who have already been around the block. But your right in the sense that they work and were developed for all users. Also a experienced user will know what works for certain cycles like 19 nors.
GS9902 who first ran with the protocol was banned as well. Anyone who knew him knows that bitch knew his shit about PCT. Cdaddy who is a registered nurse had access to different medical journals that guided the dosages based off of certain studies. Zewi ran the protocol first as a lab rat and verified it's effectiveness through multiple blood labs. Those that were around at this time know the idea of Aromasin in PCT was very new and widely unaccepted on this site. Now everybody and their momma run aromasin during PCT.
Being banned has nothing to do with the effectiveness nor the integrity of this thread.

Just to throw a curve ball at you guys how should the guys who are on trt go about the use of aromisin. I have been using adex .25 e3d or e4d but have been getting sore joints. Have been considering using aromisin instead. I am on 200 test cyp per wk trt.

Aromisin has a short half life 27-34 hrs.. Were Adex is 3 days.
The science makes sense. I have always been one of the fortunate ones that running AI during and a straight nolva PCT worked just fine buy like cdaddy said we are all different and with limited (legitimate) research on AAS we are all we have!

zewithe reason behind not running the NOVA at its regular dose--is you are blocking a lot of estro--you don't want the other side of low estro.. But than again everyone is different.
Quick question Zewi, on your cycle you mention Aro EOD continued during the 2 weeks post last injection and continued into PCT. This may seem like a dumb question, but does that mean on cycle you were also doing EOD? Any reason you choose to do that rather than ED like G&C?

cdaddy7Yes eod on cycle. You are just following on thru into the PCT. The reasons for the different cycles is bc some ppl have greater estrogen issues and testicular recovery. Some need more where other's do not require less. It's all about knowing ur body

Running 100 mg of clomid makes me feel like im juicin. I get terrible acne. Next pct Ill try 1000mg for the first 4 days than drop to 50. Anyone else feel like I do? Than again I run HCG during cycle.

cdaddy7No Aromasin is the AI with the value in PCT. It has shown positive effects on LH & FSH. It also increases gonadrotopin. This makes it the choice for pct. Arimidex does not show these benefits
Ok cool, excuse my ignorancee but why is it preferred in the pct protocol? Is it the same premise that it will bind to estrogen rather than just inhibiting aromitization?

The idea of bringing aromasin through to PCT is definately interesting and I'll be researching it further - the only issue I have is with users of this PCT thinking bigger is better and hitting up the G&C productions PCT regimen, while also thinking that extremely low estrogen is beneficial (mainly for those who haven't read tread's test and estrogen post. I think its important to listen and look out for signs in your body of low/high estrogen and adjust dosages accordingly

That's what Zewi thought as well. We are looking for the right dosage and frequency. We need blood tests to prove the validity of either protocol. I'm under the impression that the three of us will run our preferred protocol and each will post labs. I take my first labs in a few wks. My personal MD just sprung a surprise lab request so I quit cycle today. He only asked for testosterone free and total no E2. Was going to call him back and see if he could add E2 to the request. My updated labs post PCT will be by either privatemdlabs or zrtlabs. Haven't decided which one yet. Check back here for updates bro

IMO it would make perfect logical sence to get a full blood test done, since if your test is high/low beyond the set boundaries then the most likely outcome would be to get another set of bloods done to see if anyother hormone's production has been effected, not only is this a timely procedure, it is also a costly one too
The first labs are free with my insurance. I'll use that to get my TRT script. After that it's all off the record and straight out of pocket. It's worth it tho bro. I need some personal verification for my own personal reasons. I'm hoping to boost my sperm count for a chance at kids. So I'm vested in this for sure.

Everyone is different so adjusting the Aromasin to 6.25mg ED during PCT is fine too. Its finding what works for you.
