Ai dose for 300-400mg test

Going to run only 300-400mg test with 800mg primo. Was wondering whats a good dose for aromasin or adex?

zewiaromasin 6.25mg ED
adex .25mg E3d if your nipples get sor go to .25mg ED if still sore go to .5mg ED.
Also if you have both use the Aromasin 6.25mg and if you have some bloat use .25mg of Adex e3d to get ride of it.
My aromasin comes at 12.5mg its capped so cant take it apart i guess do eod? And still adex .25 e3d for bloat if neccisary?
zewiYes you can take it EOD, the reason i like 6.25mg ed is because it has about a 35-37 hr half life so its important to take it at the same time everyday if you do EOD. 6.25mg ED keeps your bloods more stable so you can break the pill into if you want.

everyone is different when it comes to that. The only real way to know what dose is through trial and error with labs
