there so many reports to say it works...there is no report that i can find that said it didnt work? aslong as your hpta is not fully shut down it seems to work....i would not start a stupid dose of 1mg a day and total destroy my e2...i would start 0.25mg eod first for a month have bloods taken and if e2 is not too low would increase to 0.5mg eod for a month and have bloods taken...for a person like me with low t who does not want to use trt yet maybe in 2 to 3 years due to want to have children and what so ever i think its worth a shot dont you? do you have any evidence that backs up your theory saying its worthless?? or any threads?...i naturally have quite high estrogen due to low t i have a loose upper chest and a bloat look....my natty t level is 14nmol..if i can get that t level to lets say 17nmol i would be more than happy with that......to be totally honest i think its worth a shot...ive just had labs taken yesterday so i began my adex at 0.25mg eod last night so i will update in two weeks to how i feel and 4 weeks with lab work...going to take zma and tribulus as well
