AnonHematocrit is too high. Hawthorn berry, coq10, Baby aspirin at night and more cardio
How long have you been running the test-e? It could be that your natural test has shut down but the test-e levels have not fully stabilized and you are feeling lethargic because of low test levels. If you have been on the test-e for more than 3-4 weeks it would blow that theory out of the water but I thought it was worth asking. Just trying to throw new ideas out there to help isolate one or two variables and then address them.
Best,
FoxTailCan anyone explain why an elevation in red blood cells would cause fatigue? Is it not the exact thing that people try to do, enhance the level of RBC, via the use of EPO?
It just seems to counterintuitive to me. Is it normal for athletes that use EPO to report fatigue?
possibly blood pressure. donating blood is good advice and get your bp checked.
Is your face flushes? are you constantly itchy? persistent headaches? If you have any of those along with the sluggish feeling its time to get your RBC and h/h checked out.
RustyhookerJoints crunchy feeling? Ai dose? Below blood donation is perfect advice
Donating some blood might help you out. EQ elevates your red blood cell count pretty fast which could be the reason you feel sluggish.
I was wondering about this too.
I am running tren e and bold. No trensomnia and I sleep like a baby. I do have the night sweats .
