+ 1 5th cycle, being all sust and some var, is Hcg needed?

ad

This is my 5th cycle, it will be a light and simple one. I've used Hcg the last 3 and recovered quickly, not sure if the Hcg helped at all.. Everywhere has a minimum order of 200-300 and I just need Hcg so trying to decide if it's worth it..

Cycle will be like this

Wk 1-8- 700mg sust per week
Wk 8-10 - 400mg test prop( to prop up lowering sust levels)
Wk 5-9 - 75mg var Ed

Followed by a pct of clomid with Nolva on hand

Seems like you need to work on your diet/nutrition and overthink your training routine. After 10 years of experience, with your age and 5 cycles under your belt, there should be a bit more of lbm there. (unless of course the stats are stage ready....but, well, I guess that won't be the case)

Fill out your stats in your profile

With each cycle, hpta recovery is more challenging. If you used hCG during the last cycles, can you provide us with your bloodwork results? If your results show a downward trend, then using hCG would be beneficial. Does this make sense?

I hardly ever use HCG tbh. It raises my estro to severely and I don't recover faster than I'd normally would and my balls are fine as well. So the cons outweigh the benefits for me. But that's only for me!
HCG definitely has it's place. Some really need it, some don't.
Read yourself into HCG and what it does and decide if you want to run it or not. You mentioned that bloods looked good so maybe you won't need it as well. But this is something you have decide for yourself.
