Either clomid or nolva,
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
personal fan of standard nolva 40/40/20/20 to begin approx 10 days after last inject

Hey, I'm about to start my first cycle with just test e as well. I ordered some Arimidex in case I need it during the test e cycle. I also got some HCG and then Nolvadex for PCT. Basically I'm just following the starter cycle listed on this website.
@ 500 u really shouldn't get hit too bad with sides

I agree with you, IMO the most sides you may experience is mild case of gyno. In your case though you have arimidex so good call there. Also don't worry about using HCG during this cycle. In the future make your own thread.
