Would one dose of steroids shut you down

Hey guys, so I was planning on starting my cycle this week, took one does of 250 mg test E earlier today. Sadly, i just found out about some issues that will make my next 3 months really busy, so I dont think it would be a good time to start my cycle until those issues resolve. Would that one shot of test shut me down?
