The smaller gauge the needle, the less PIP you will get (post injection pain). Also the slower you inject, the less PIP, so smaller gauge is slower. Some oils are thicker and harder to get through the smaller gauges, Test e is usually pretty thick.
Personally, I use 25 gauge 1 inch needles for pretty much every one, it's small enough to not cause much pip, and you can fill the syringe with a bit of patience.
Great info
RustyhookerTwo years old? Really?
Did you do ANY research on Steroids? or just order what was popular? if you had done your research you would have known what size needles to draw and pin with. But saying that...draw 18g shoot 23g.
if you are lean 1 inch is fine for glutes. I like 23 gauge to shoot and 18g to draw with
I draw with 18g 1 1/2". 23x1 1/2" glute, 23x1" in quad and delt.
23g, 1" is best for me. i stopped using 1.5 needle. to deep for me
I actually use 27G to shoot with (drawing with 21G). It takes a little bit longer when pressing since it's so small, but almost doesn't feel a thing when you put it in the quads :o)
I draw with a 22 gauge needle and for glutes I shoot with a 22 guage 1.5" needle. For spot injections I use a 5/8" 25 gauge needle.
AnonDraw with 20g 1" and pin glutes, delta or quads with 25g 1"
I draw with 18g 1 inch and pin with 1.5 inch 23 gauge into glutes. ventro glutes (google it), and quads
Draw with 21g (Green)
Pin with 23g (Blue) into glutes
shoxingbiceps17Just to clarify, color only refers to BD needles, correct?
Incorrect.
Terumo also use it among others
shoxingbiceps17interesting, never knew that. I've only bought BD needles since day one and thought it was a BD thing. good to know!
Glutes....23 x 1 1/2. Quads i prefer 25 x 5/8. 25 takes more time but I'm in no rush. Get a box so new needle every time
